    Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, an optical sensor disposed below the display, and at least one processor, wherein the display includes a first region having a first pixel density and a second region having a second pixel density less than the first pixel density and corresponding to the disposed region of the optical sensor, the at least one processor determines a second brightness level for the second region on the basis of at least one among a first brightness level of the first region, the first pixel density, and the second pixel density when the first brightness level exceeds a predetermined threshold, identifies a third region, defined to include the second region, of the display along an edge of the first region, and sets the brightness of the second and third regions to the second brightness level.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device comprising at least one sensor, a communication circuit, a display, and at least one processor operationally connected to the display, wherein the at least one processor is configured to: display, on the display, a watch screen including a fixed element displayed at a designated location on the display, a repetitive element displayed on the basis of at least a designated rule, and a changing element associated with information obtained through the at least one sensor or received through the communication circuit; generate first data on the basis of at least one of the designated rule or the shape of the repetitive element; generate second data based on at least one of the fixed element or the changing element, in response to the changing element changing from a first value to a second value; and generate first deterioration information on the basis of the first data, the second data, and the duration over which the changing element maintains the first value.     Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display panel on which a plurality of pixels are arranged, first group lines providing a source voltage to each of the plurality of pixels, a display driver integrated circuit that includes a plurality of source amplifiers electrically connected with the first group lines and providing the source voltage to each of lie plurality of pixels, at least one sensing line crossing the first group lines, and first group switches disposed on the at least one sensing line, and a sensing circuit electrically connected with one end of the at least one sensing line to check a crack in at least a partial region of the electronic device. The display driver integrated circuit receives a specified signal for the electronic device to enter a sense mode, applies a first voltage to the other end of the at least one sensing line that is distinguished from the one end of the at least one sensing line, in response to the received specified signal, turns on the first group switches such that the at least one sensing line is short-circuited from the other end of the at least one sensing line to the sensing circuit, obtains a second voltage sensed by the sensing circuit electrically connected with the one end of the at least one sensing line, and checks information regarding the crack in the at least partial region of the electronic device based on a difference between the first voltage and the second voltage. In addition to the above, various embodiments identified through the specification are possible.
