A nonvolatile memory device includes a memory block and a control circuit. The memory block includes a plurality of cell strings where each of the plurality of cell strings includes a string selection transistor, a plurality of memory cells and a ground selection transistor which are connected in series and disposed in a vertical direction between a bit-line and a common source line. The control circuit adjusts a level of a high voltage applied to a gate of a pass transistor of a selected word-line such that a voltage difference between the high voltage and a program voltage applied to a drain of the pass transistor differs in at least a portion of a plurality of program loops based on a comparison of a number of the program loops and a reference number during a program operation on a target memory cells.

An electronic device according to various embodiments may comprise a display panel, a processor, and a display driver circuit including an internal memory and configured to drive the display panel, wherein the display driver circuit may be configured to: receive, from the processor, movement information of a designated content to be displayed on the display panel while the processor operates in a low power state; store the movement information in the internal memory; display the designated content at a first position on the display panel while the processor operates in the low power state; and move the designated content displayed at the first position to a second position on the display panel and display the same at the second position, at least on the basis of the movement information stored in the internal memory while the processor operates in the low power state.

The operating method includes receiving a read command, increasing a voltage applied to a plurality of unselected ground selection lines from an off voltage to an on voltage during a word line setup period, applying a first voltage to a first selected ground selection line corresponding to a first process characteristic, until a first time in the word line setup period, applying a second voltage to the first selected ground selection line after the first time in the word line setup period, applying the first voltage to a second selected ground selection line corresponding to a second process characteristic, until a second time earlier than the first time in the word line setup period, and applying the second voltage to the second selected ground selection line after the second time in the word line setup period.

Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for controlling a screen of a mobile device are provided. The method includes detecting an object from an image captured through an image sensor, detecting movement of a location of the object to move a location of the screen, and moving and displaying the screen according to the detected movement of the location of the object. According to the present disclosure, a screen can be moved and displayed according to movement of an object detected from an image captured by an image sensor. Accordingly, users can easily operate mobile devices of various sizes only with one hand.

A method of creating an electronic document in a mobile terminal is provided. The method includes displaying an electronic document screen, sensing a hover-in event of an input unit when the electronic document screen is displayed, enlarging a size of the electronic document screen in response to the hover-in event of the input unit, creating the electronic document according to a user input on the enlarged electronic document screen, sensing a hover-out event of the input unit when the enlarged electronic document is displayed, and reducing a size of the enlarged electronic document screen in response to the hover-out event of the input unit.

A method for recording video is provided that includes outputting a first video stream captured by a first camera of portable terminal; entering into a comment recording mode while the first video stream is being captured; while in the comment recording mode: outputting the first video stream concurrently with a second video stream that is captured by a second video camera of the portable terminal, and generating sync data for a future synchronization of the first video stream with the second video stream; and exiting the comment recording mode and storing the generated sync data in a memory.
