    Abstract: An apparatus includes a display; a communicator; a processor; and a memory, the memory storing instructions to: obtain a plurality of images relevant to media content displayed on the display, which are stored for a period of time when an object identifying command requesting identification of an object contained in the media content is received. The command is received from a different electronic apparatus through the communicator. The processor obtains a candidate image containing the object being displayed, by identifying objects contained in the plurality of images, and transmits the candidate image to the different electronic apparatus via the communicator. The apparatus may use an AI data recognition model learned based on a rule-based model or machine learning, a neural network or a deep-learning algorithm. The rule-based model or the AI data recognition model may identify an object contained in an image by regarding the image as an input.

    Abstract: A method for adjusting the volume of an electronic device, according to an embodiment, may comprise: adjusting, based on a user's voice being input into a first electronic device, the output volume of a second electronic device based on a second volume adjustment amount, determined based on the relative difference between the volume of the user's voice and the volume of the second electronic device measured in the first electronic device, and/or a third volume adjustment amount, input through a volume adjustment interface; adjusting, based on a conversation partner's voice being output from the first electronic device, the output volume of the first electronic device based on a first volume adjustment amount, determined based on the volume of the second electronic device measured in the first electronic device, and/or the third volume adjustment amount; and adjusting, based on the user and the conversation partner speaking simultaneously, the output volume of the second electronic device based on the first volume adjustment amount and/or the third volume adjustment amount, and determining the output volume of the first electronic device based on the volume of the user's voice.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, an electronic device comprises: a communication module comprising communication circuitry, a memory, and at least one processor. The memory stores instructions which, when executed, cause the at least one processor to control the electronic device to: transmit, to a first electronic device through the communication module, first response data obtained by processing a first speech input corresponding to a first utterance received from the first electronic device, identify a second electronic device including circuitry configured to detect a second utterance associated with the first response data within a designated time after the first utterance, transmit a wake-up signal to the second electronic device, receive, from the second electronic device, a speech input corresponding to an utterance obtained by a microphone turned on based on the wake-up signal, identify whether the received speech input corresponding to the utterance is a second speech input corresponding to the second utterance, obtain second response data obtained by processing the second speech input based on the first speech input and the first response data in response to identifying that the received speech input corresponding to the utterance is the second speech input corresponding to the second utterance, and transmit the second response data to at least one of the first electronic device or the second electronic device through the communication module.
