Abstract:
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display, a processor functionally connected with the display, and a memory functionally connected with the processor. The memory stores instructions configured to, when executed, enable the processor to display a first image through the display, display one or more second images through the display while displaying the first image, select a third image from among the one or more second images, identify a value of at least one property of the third image, generate a filter for applying the value of the at least one property to an image, apply the value of the at least one property to the first image using the filter, display the first image, to which the value of the at least one property is applied, through the display, and store the filter in the memory.
Abstract:
A method and a terminal for providing a feedback in response to a user input related to a touch panel are provided. The method includes displaying an object on the screen, detecting a hovering of a touch input means with respect to the object, and providing a visual feedback corresponding to a distance between the object and the touch input means in response to the hovering.
Abstract:
A background image is displayed on a touch screen of an electronic device. Overlapped with the background image, a semitransparent layer is displayed. When a touch and drag action is detected from the semitransparent layer, the transparency of a touch and drag region is changed. Transparency of the semitransparent layer may be changed according to temperature or humidity.
Abstract:
A method of operating a plurality of sensors of a user device includes detecting input using a user input means, measuring a depth value between the user input means and a screen of the user device, activating a gesture recognition function by selectively driving one or more of the plurality of sensors based on the measured depth value, and recognizing a user gesture based on pieces of information collected by the selectively driven sensors.
Abstract:
An eye tracking based user function controlling method and a mobile device adapted thereto are provided. A camera unit of a mobile device is activated while a specific user function is executed. A gaze angle of a user's eye is acquired from an image obtained via the camera unit. An eye tracking function is executed in which execution state is controlled according to the gaze angle.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a processor of a wearable device may identify a first visual object among a plurality of visual objects in a first image frame displayed through the display. The processor may identify, based on identifying the first visual object, a second visual object associated with the first visual object. The processor may obtain, after the second visual object is identified, a second image frame via the camera. The processor may modify at least a portion of the second image frame in which at least one of other visual objects of the plurality of visual objects different from the first visual object and the second visual object is removed. The processor may display, via the display, the second image frame including the modified portion.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment, a processor of an electronic device identifies a plurality of subjects associated with the content, based on a request to display content within an active area of the display. The processor obtains a sequence of the plurality of subjects based on the plurality of subjects from the content. The processor displays a plurality of visual objects corresponding to each of the plurality of subjects based on the sequence and display the content according to a first magnification. The processor displays, among a first portion of the content corresponding to at least one subject selected based on the sequence among the plurality of subjects, or a second portion of the content different from the first portion, the first portion in the active area, based on a size of the active area controlled by the actuator by adjusting a magnification of the content to a second magnification.
Abstract:
An electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a microphone, a memory configured to include at least one instruction, and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction. The processor is configured to control the electronic device to perform voice recognition for an inquiry based on receiving input of a user inquiry through the microphone, and acquire a text for the inquiry, generate a plurality of inquiries for acquiring response data for the inquiry from a plurality of databases using a relation graph indicating a relation between the acquired text and data stored in the plurality of databases, acquire response data corresponding to each of the plurality of inquiries from each of the plurality of databases, and generate a response for the inquiry based on the response data acquired from each of the plurality of databases and output the response.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for content display in a mobile terminal include: a sensing unit including a location determiner generating current location information of the mobile terminal including latitude, longitude and altitude; a content storage storing content items; a control unit controlling a process of storing, when a content item is created, the created content item together with location information in the content storage, setting a display region for content display, examining location information of stored content items, and displaying content items created at a place belonging to the display region in three dimensions; and a display unit displaying content items at corresponding places of the display region under control of the control unit.
Abstract:
An example image processing method may include determining a first image to be corrected; obtaining a second image by correcting the first image; and identifying at least one part, from among a plurality of parts in the second image, for recommending an effect caused by correction. The method may include displaying an indicator indicating at least one part in the second image and correction may be performed by automatically recommending and applying one or more correction functions for image enhancement to each image. The method may provide an original comparison display function or an enlarged display function for an enhanced image.
