摘要： The present invention provides a pulverizing screw, a pulverizing casing and a pulverizer having the same. The pulverizing screw includes a rotating shaft and a drive blade which extends from the rotating shaft in a spiral shape. The drive blade rotates in the pulverizing casing in such a manner as to maintain a predetermined distance between the drive blade and the inner surface of the pulverizing casing to prevent the drive blade from being impeded by the inner surface of the pulverizing casing. The drive blade extends from a first end of the rotating shaft in a spiral shape surrounding the rotating shaft in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction and is connected to a second end of the rotating shaft. The pulverizing casing comprises a spherical body having a space therein. The pulverizing screw is installed in the spherical body so as to be rotatable.

摘要： An exhaust valve apparatus and a drier of a food treatment system having the exhaust valve apparatus are disclosed. The drier includes a drum having an input port and a discharge port. A stirring screw is rotatably disposed in the drum, and includes rotary blades for stirring and crushing the food waste and a rotating shaft for supporting the rotary blades. A power supply unit is provided on a surface of the drum and provides power to the stirring screw to rotate the stirring screw. A heater is provided on the outer surface of the drum body and provides high temperature heat to the inner space of the drum when electric power is applied to the heater, thus drying the food waste. An exhaust apparatus is mounted to the lower surface of the discharge port to open or close the discharge port.

摘要： The present invention provides a pulverizer of a food waste treatment apparatus. The pulverizer of the present invention includes a main body, a pulverizing screw and an exhaust channel unit. The main body has a hollow space therein. The pulverizing screw includes a rotating shaft which is installed in the main body so as to be rotatable, and at least one drive blade which extends from the rotating shaft. The exhaust channel unit has an annular shape and is coupled to the upper end of the main body. An intake hole and an exhaust hole are formed through the outer surface of the exhaust channel unit. Furthermore, a cover may be removably coupled to the upper end of the exhaust channel unit.

摘要： An exhaust valve apparatus and a drier of a food treatment system having the exhaust valve apparatus are disclosed. The drier includes a drum having an input port and a discharge port. A stirring screw is rotatably disposed in inner space of the drum, and includes rotary blades for stirring and crushing food waste put into the drum and a rotating shaft for supporting the rotary blades. A power supply unit is provided on a surface of the drum and provides power to the stirring screw to rotate the stirring screw. A heater is provided on the outer surface of a drum body and provides high temperature heat to the inner space of the drum when electric power is applied to the heater, thus drying the food waste. An exhaust apparatus is mounted to the lower surface of the discharge port and controls the discharge port.

摘要： The present invention provides a deodorization module and a food waste treatment apparatus having the same. The deodorization module includes a heat exchanger and an electrolytic cell. The heat exchanger conducts heat exchange between exhaust gas discharged from a drying furnace and cooling air drawn into the heat exchanger from the outside of the drying furnace. The electrolytic cell electrolyzes condensate water, formed by the heat exchange process of the heat exchanger, using bipolar packed bed electrolysis to remove offensive odors from the condensate water. The heat exchanger has flow channels therein so that the exhaust gas discharged from the drying furnace and the cooling air drawn from the outside flows along the flow channels in directions that cross each other. The food waste treatment apparatus includes the deodorization module, an intake and exhaust module and a heat exchanger having a stacked structure.
