    摘要: A sensor device removably attachable to a drug delivery device includes a sensing arrangement arranged within the sensor device and circuitry configured to process signals provided by the sensing arrangement. The sensing arrangement is configured such that, when the sensor device is attached to the drug delivery device, the sensing arrangement is operable to read encoded information present on a rotatable component internal to the drug delivery device and that is able to be sensed through a window or aperture of the drug delivery device, and is operable to sense through the window or aperture at least a part of a drive mechanism of the drug delivery device. The circuitry is configured to determine information relating to a set dose, and to determine information relating to whether the drug delivery device is in a dose setting mode or whether the device is in a dose delivery mode.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a drive mechanism which is suitable for an injection device, especially a pen type drug delivery device and to such a drug delivery device. The mechanism comprises a spring driven rotatable drive member, a rotatable driven member, a clutch rotationally coupling the driven member and the drive member in a coupled state and allowing relative clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation between the driven member and the drive member in a decoupled state, and a spring biasing the clutch into its coupled state and allowing relative axial movement between the drive member and the driven member into the decoupled state of the clutch against the bias of the spring. The clutch comprises a first ring of crown teeth on the drive member and a second ring of corresponding crown teeth on the driven member with each crown tooth having in the clockwise and the anti-clockwise direction different ramped tooth angles such that the teeth are allowed to override each other in the de-coupled state of the clutch with a different resistance in the clockwise and the anti-clockwise direction.

    摘要: The present disclosure is generally directed to a drug delivery device for selecting and dispensing a number of user variable doses of a medicament. The device comprises a housing (10), a dose selector (80) operable to set a dose by rotation relative to the housing (10), a number sleeve (60) arranged within the housing (10) such that at least a portion of the number sleeve (60) is visible through a first aperture (11b) in the housing (10), a piston rod (30) coupled to the housing (10) and to a drive sleeve (40) such that rotation of the drive sleeve (40) relative to the housing (10) causes the piston rod (30) to translate relative to the housing (10) and a clutch mechanism arranged between the number sleeve (60) and the drive sleeve (40). The clutch mechanism comprises a first interface (42, 62) for rotationally constraining the drive sleeve (40) and the number sleeve (60) depending on the axial position of the drive sleeve (40) and a second interface (43, 121) for rotationally constraining the drive sleeve (40) and the number sleeve (60) via a clutch element (120) depending on the axial position of the drive sleeve (40) and/or the bias of a clutch spring (130).

    摘要: The present disclosure is directed to a spring arrangement for use in a drug delivery device and a drug delivery device including such a spring arrangement. The spring arrangement includes a clutch spring which is located axially interposed between a stationary housing component and an axially movable sleeve. The sleeve includes clutch features adapted to engage corresponding clutch features of a clutch element. The clutch spring biases the clutch features and the corresponding clutch features into engagement. The sleeve is coupled to a button such that upon actuation of the button the sleeve is translated against the bias of the clutch spring from a proximal position in which the sleeve is rotationally locked to the housing component into a distal position in which the sleeve is rotationally un-locked from the housing component. Upon release of the button the clutch spring translates the sleeve and the button into the proximal position.
