    摘要： Disclosed herein is a drug delivery device with a primary drug delivery assembly for the delivery of a primary medicament, with a primary dose setting member; and a secondary drug delivery assembly for the delivery of a secondary medicament with a secondary dose setting member. A dose dial is rotationally constrained with respect to the housing in a first axial position and is rotationally constrained to the primary dose setting member in a second axial position. A bridging component is axially constrained to the dose dial to set a dose of the secondary medicament, wherein rotation of the dose dial to set a dose of the primary medicament causes the dose dial to move relative to the bridging component in axial direction.

The locking structure for an injection pen is disposed among a spiral duct (30), a push rod (81) and a propelling lever (60) of a circularly-pushing device (1) of the injection pen. The propelling lever (60) penetrates in a tube center hole (331) of a linkage wall (33) in the spiral duct (30) by means of a dosage control section (63) having a push thread (631). The push rod (81) penetrates in the propelling lever (60) by means of a rod portion (811). The locking structure comprises a necking ring portion (36), a buckling recessed portion (814), and an elastic clasp (612). The necking ring portion (36) is formed at the rear side surface of the linkage wall (33) in the spiral duct (30). The buckling recessed portion (814) is formed in the front section of the rod portion (811) of the push rod (81). The elastic clasp (612) is formed in the rear end of the propelling lever (60) adjacent to the dosage control section (63).

    摘要： A dosing device for setting a dose to be delivered by an injection device, the dosing device including a setting element, e.g. a setting sleeve, and a drawing element, e.g. a rotating sleeve, which can be rotated out of the dosing device for preparing a dose delivery. A stop is on the setting element, and a counter stop is on the drawing element so that a rotational motion of the drawing element relative the setting element can be limited by the stops. The present invention encompasses a method for setting a dose that should be delivered by an injection device, wherein the dose to be delivered can be set by a setting element, e.g. a setting sleeve, and a drawing element of the injection device, e.g. a rotating sleeve, can subsequently draw up the dose by effecting a rotational motion to deliver the set dose from the injection device in a subsequent step. According to the present invention, the setting process is isolated from drawing process.

In one embodiment, the present invention encompasses an injection device including at least one engaging element which co-operates with a blocking element associated with a threaded rod, whereby the threaded rod is rotatable in one direction in relation to the injection device, rotation in the opposite direction being prevented.
