摘要： A substrate having a transparent conductive layer has a transparent conductive pattern that is not easily visually recognizable by a naked human eye on a transparent substrate and can be formed by a simple and efficient method. In the case where a transparent conductive pattern is formed on a transparent substrate, the pattern region does not include conductive regions covered with uniform transparent conductive films or a high-resistance region that is not covered with the transparent conductive film, the high-resistance region electrically insulating the conductive regions. Instead of the conductive regions or the high-resistance region, the inventors use a region having a structure including a mixture of a portion covered with the transparent conductive film and a portion not covered with the transparent conductive film, thereby solving the foregoing visual recognition issue.

Thus, an implant is provided which can be attached to a bone within a relatively short period of time even without resorting to bone cement.

In one embodiment, a disk drive comprises: a rotary magnetic disk, a base for housing the magnetic disk, a top cover for closing the disk in the base to form an enclosure, a circulating filter arranged externally of the magnetic disk to trap dust within the enclosure, and an airflow guide for guiding an airflow which flows out of the circulating filter more to the center side than to the outer edge portion of the magnetic disk. Further, a shut out portion is provided in the vicinity of the outer edge portion of the magnetic disk to shut out an airflow which flows out in the vicinity of the outer edge portion.
