    摘要: An aperture grille which can suppress vibrations of a flat grille without marring the appearance of a screen by not arranging damper lines inside an effective screen region of a cathode-ray tube. A pair of damper members 130A and 130B for damping the vibrations of a flat grille 110 are provided in upper and lower regions of the flat grille 110 outside an effective screen region of a cathode-ray tube. The damper members 130A and 130B are supported under a given tension by support members 132 and 134 mounted on second frames 124A and 124B of a frame member, thereby keeping pressure contact with the surface of the flat grille 110. Because the damper members 130A and 130B are not exposed to the effective screen region of the cathode-ray tube, the damper members 130A and 130B are out of sight from the front side of the screen, thus suppressing the vibrations of the flat grille 110 without marring the appearance of the screen.

A metal thin plate (6) having vertically striped opening portions (6a) is supported by frame members (7a), (7b) under a proper tension. The frame member (7a) welded to the metal thin plate (6) is joined with a supporting member (8) extended in the longitudinal direction and the frame member (7b) welded to the frame member (7a) is joined with a supporting member (9) extended in the direction (Z-axis direction) perpendicular to a plane formed of the frame members (7a, 7b). The supporting member (9) is fixed to substantially a central portion of the frame member (7b).

    摘要: An image scanning apparatus and method for automatically inspecting a product having light transmission regions, so as to detect any defect therein with accuracy and rapidity. The image scanning method inspects the product by disposing a light source on one side of the product and an optical sensor on the other side thereof, varying the incidence angle of a light output emitted from the light source to the light transmission regions of the product, then receiving, by the optical sensor, the light transmitted through the light transmission regions at each of the varied incidence angles, thereby acquiring image data with regard to the product, and detecting any defect in the product on the basis of the image data thus obtained at the incidence angles. The image scanning apparatus comprises a light source disposed on one side of the product to be inspected, an optical sensor disposed on the other side thereof, a means for varying the incidence angle of a light output emitted from the light source to the light transmission regions of the product, and a means for processing the image data obtained with regard to the product at each of the varied incidence angles.
