摘要： An address management apparatus includes a storage unit for storing a table showing the correspondence between data link layer and network layer addresses, a first search unit for searching the table for an unused data link layer address, a second search unit for searching the table for a network layer address corresponding to a specified data link layer address, and an instruction unit for transmitting an instruction including the unused data link layer address to a terminal specified by the detected network layer address. The apparatus also includes an updation unit for updating the correspondence between the data link layer and the network layer addresses on the table according to the instruction, a detection unit for detecting the instruction to obtain the data link layer address, and a setting unit for setting the data link layer address obtained by the detection unit in the self terminal.

When link condition of own terminal change, the link-managing unit updates, in order to prevent from quality deterioration of the other terminals, the priority of each of the packets whose source terminal is the own terminal.

摘要： The present invention includes a repeater and a server for controlling access, from a terminal of an outside network, to the server of an inside network. The repeater and the server permit a packet transmission from the terminal to the server under limited conditions. When the server acknowledges a connection for the permitted packet, transmission conditions for packets to be sent to the server are loosened. Subsequently, packet transmission between the terminal and the server is controlled under the loosened transmission conditions. As for encrypted packets, the server decodes the encrypted packets and notifies the repeater of relevant information.

摘要： Access from a terminal of an outside network to a server of an inside network is put under control. A repeater and the server permit a packet transmission from the terminal to the server under limited conditions. 摘要： The present invention provides improved relay equipment including at least one port, through which packet transfer is executable, an information-containing unit containing target-to-be-used information and availability information, in which the target-to-be-used information distinguishes the at least one port between a target port for use in the packet transfer and a non-target port therefor, but the availability information distinguishes the at least one port between an usable port for use in the packet transfer and an unusable port therefor, a determining unit operable to determine an available port for use in the packet transfer from the at least one port in accordance with the target-to-be-used information and the availability information, and a relaying unit operable to execute the packet transfer through the available port. The improved relay equipment according to the present invention allows for the transfer of only packets having a communication rate equal or smaller than a bandwidth of each transmission link, and packet transfer without packet delay and without packet discard is achievable.

摘要： According to one embodiment, an apparatus for supporting reading of a document includes a model storage unit, a document acquisition unit, a feature information extraction, and an utterance style estimation unit. The model storage unit is configured to store a model which has trained a correspondence relationship between first feature information and an utterance style. The first feature information is extracted from a plurality of sentences in a training document. The document acquisition unit is configured to acquire a document to be read. The feature information extraction unit is configured to extract second feature information from each sentence in the document to be read. The utterance style estimation unit is configured to compare the second feature information of a plurality of sentences in the document to be read with the model, and to estimate an utterance style of the each sentence of the document to be read.
