    摘要: A spark plug has a metal shell and a ground electrode joined at a base end portion thereof to the metal shell and includes a surface layer and a core higher in thermal conductivity than the surface layer. The surface layer has a thickness of 0.2 to 0.4 mm at a specific position that is located 1 mm from the base end portion. The spark plug satisfies the following condition: W1≧W2×1.55−(W3+0.25) where W1 (mm) is a width of the metal shell at a weld region of the metal shell joined with the base end portion in a specific direction that extends perpendicular to the axis direction through a center line of the ground electrode; W2 (mm) is a thickness of the ground electrode at the specific position in the specific direction; and W3 (mm) is a thickness of the surface layer at the specific position in the specific direction.

    摘要: A display-integrated tablet device is disclosed and is capable of increasing an actual display period to improve luminance of an image displayed. An actual image display period in a one-image-plane display period is divided into a plurality of block display periods and a detection period is provided before or after each of the block display periods. During the detection period, a pulse for detection is generated from a stylus pen and a voltage obtained at each of electrodes is input to each of X- and Y-coordinate detection sections and held in those sections for coordinate detection. The device includes scan-side switch sections for respectively connecting X- and Y-scan drivers to X- and Y-electrodes, and detection-side switch sections for respectively connecting X- and Y-coordinate detection sections to the X- and Y-electrodes, so that the scan-side switches sections and detection-side switch sections are turned on and turned off during an actual display period, and turned off and turned on during a detection mode period, respectively.

    摘要: A vehicle light can include a plurality of light projection units each having a replaceable LED lamp, a reflector unit, a projection lens, and a shielding member. A housing can be provided that includes a lens and a rear side part, with the housing configured to accommodate the light projection units. The rear side part can include a mounting opening therethrough with a base plate configured to be hermetically attached to the housing through the mounting opening of the rear side part. The replaceable LED lamp can be attached to the base plate, and an elastic connecting member can be configured to hermetically connect the housing and the base plate so that the LED lamps can be individually replaced. Since the LED lamps can be individually replaced, untrained persons can carry out the replacement operation. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the replacement cost and time as well as improve the rate of operation of a vehicle.
