摘要: The lubrication between a shoe and a shoe pocket is improved without having to perform a complicated forming process. In a swash plate compressor comprising a swash plate locked to a drive shaft, which rotates together with the drive shaft, a shoe 31 that slidably contacts the swash plate, a piston 13 slidably disposed within a bore defining a compression space and a shoe pocket 36 that is formed as an integrated part of the piston 13 and slidably fits with the shoe 31, a beveled portion 41 is formed at an edge of an opening at the shoe pocket 36. A recessed portion 40 of the shoe pocket 36 is formed so as to achieve a constant curvature, whereas a projecting portion 32 of the shoe 31 is formed so as to achieve at least two different curvatures. The shoe pocket is designed so that a tangent point 46 of the recessed portion 40 and the beveled portion 41 is set within a strip range 45 over which the projecting portion 32 and the recessed portion 40 achieve contact with each other.

摘要: A reciprocating compressor includes a front-side delivery chamber 18a formed at a front-side cylinder head 6, a rear-side delivery chamber 18b formed at a rear-side cylinder head 8, a plurality of delivery passages 12a and 12b formed at cylinder blocks 2 and 4 and an outlet port 16 that communicates between one of the delivery passages and an external circuit. The other delivery passage 12b that is not in communication with the outlet port 16 is made to communicate with the front-side delivery chamber 18a and the rear-side delivery chamber 18b and is also made to communicate with the delivery passage 12a in communication with the outlet port 16 via a guide passage 17. The delivery passage 12a in communication with the outlet port 16 is made to communicate with either the front-side delivery chamber or the rear-side delivery chamber via a constricted portion 40 having a passage section smaller than the passage sections at positions at which the other delivery passage 12b communicates with the delivery chambers 18a and 18b, and the dimensions of the constricted portion are set so that its area is equal to or smaller than the area of a circular section with a diameter of 1.5 mm. The reciprocating compressor adopting the structure described above makes it possible to reduce the extent of discharge pulsation and ultimately reduce vibration and noise.

摘要: A reciprocating compressor comprising a cylinder block (3) having formed therein a plurality of cylinders (11), a shaft rotatably passing through the cylinder block and pistons engaged in reciprocating movement inside the cylinders (11) as the shaft rotates, which is installed by fastening mounting leg parts (31) disposed at the cylinder block (3) at mounting positions, is characterized in that the mounting leg parts are each constituted with a connecting portion (31a) extending from the cylinder block 3 and a projected portion (31b) formed continuously to the connecting portion to project on one side or both sides of the connecting portion along the tightening direction and that the projected portion (31b) has a lower level of rigidity compared to the connecting portion (31a). The reciprocating compressor eliminates the need for rigorous management of the piston clearance by assuring firm installation via the mounting leg parts and also assuring smooth movement of the pistons with the extent of cylinder deformation kept within the allowable range.

For example, when liquid refrigerant is compressed within a compression chamber, the inlet valve 21 receives excessive load which is about to bend the inlet valve 21 largely toward the suction chamber side. 摘要: A variable capacity wobble plate compressor includes a first spring, fitted on a drive shaft between a hinge ball axially slidably fitted on the drive shaft and a thrust flange rigidly fitted on the drive shaft, for urging the hinge ball toward a cylinder block, and a second spring fitted on the drive shaft between the hinge ball and the cylinder block for urging the hinge ball toward the thrust flange. As the hinge ball is moved toward the thrust flange, a linkage connecting a drive hub slidably mounted on the hinge ball a causes an inclination of the drive hub to be increased to increase capacity of the compressor, and as the hinge ball is moved toward the cylinder block, the linkage causes the inclination of the drive hub to be decreased to decrease the capacity of the compressor. A first stopper blocks the hinge ball from moving toward the thrust flange in excess of a predetermined amount, to thereby restrict an increase in the inclination of the drive hub and set the maximum capacity of the compressor. A second stopper blocks the hinge ball from moving toward the cylinder block in excess of a predetermined amount to thereby set the minimum capacity of the compressor.
