摘要: A swash plate compressor 100 includes a swash plate 111 that rotates with a drive shaft 110, a pair of shoes 137a and 137b placed to sandwich a portion of the swash plate 111 close to a periphery of the swash plate 111, and a piston 136 connected to the swash plate 111 via the pair of shoes 137a and 137b. The piston 136 reciprocates in a cylinder bore 101 a as the swash plate 111 rotates due to the rotation of the drive shaft 110. In the swash plate compressor 100, a zinc phosphate film is formed on each portion of the piston 136 at which the corresponding shoe 137a, 137b is in sliding contact. This reduces occurrence of galling or seizing at the sliding contact portions between the piston 136 and the shoes 137a and 137b.

摘要: A swash plate type hydraulic rotating machine includes: a rotating shaft; a valve plate; a swash plate; a cylinder block on the outside of the rotating shaft slidingly contacting the valve plate; cylinders provided in the cylinder block having axially movable pistons therein; shoes on a distal end of respective pistons; an annular keep plate between the swash plate and the cylinder block supporting the shoes having a plain bearing within the inner periphery of the keep plate, the plain bearing supporting the keep plate to push the keep plate toward the swash plate side; and set springs biasing the plain bearing and the cylinder block toward the opposite sides in the axial direction. The swash plate type hydraulic rotating machine is configured such that, when in an assembled state, a gap in the axial direction between the cylinder block and the plain bearing is 0 or a fine gap.

It is possible to reduce friction between the shoe and the swash plate by reducing the diameter of the flat part of the shoe and it is possible to reduce wear of the coating layer.

The swash plate 3 is constituted of a base material 3B of high strength brass containing Mn and Si, and very small granular Mn—Si compounds 6 are exposed on an inside of the base material 3B and on the first sliding surface 3A (surface of the base material 3B). The above described swash plate 3 increases in exposure amount of the Mn—Si compounds 6 exposed on the first sliding surface 3A by applying etching to the base material 3B after cutting the base material 3B. The sliding device 1 is favorable in seizure resistance and has a low manufacturing cost as compared with conventional sliding devices.

摘要: A variable displacement inclined plate type compressor comprising a spindle, an inclined plate provided to be inclinable relative to the spindle and rotating together with the spindle, a pair of shoes arranged to hold the inclined plate therebetween, and a piston coupled with the inclined plate through the pair of shoes, wherein the quantity of stroke of the piston is determined depending on the inclination angle of the inclined plate. In the sliding surface of the inclined plate with which the planar part of the shoe comes into contact, a groove is provided such that the contact area of the shoe and the sliding surface of the inclined plate when the inclination angle of the inclined plate is minimum becomes smaller than that when the inclination angle of the inclined plate is maximum. In such a structure, power consumption can be reduced during low displacement operation without damaging reliability of the compressor.
