    Abstract: A choke manifold and methods for assembling the same are provided. The choke manifold can include a choke line, a first pulsation dampener in fluid communication with the choke line, and a first choke valve in fluid communication with the first pulsation dampener. The first pulsation dampener is downstream of the choke line and up stream of the first choke valve.

    Abstract: A pressure control device may include a body having a central axis extending therefrom; at least one rotatable seal within the body, the rotatable seal configured to seal against a tubular extending through the pressure control device along the central axis and rotate within the body with the tubular; at least one coil within the body wrapped at least once around the central axis, wherein the at least one coil is configured to send characteristics of the tubular to a controller; an outlet to divert fluid from an annulus, wherein the outlet being located axially below the at least one rotatable seal, wherein the controller is configured to control the at least one rotatable seal and its engagement against the tubular based on the characteristics of the tubular received by the controller.

    Abstract: A method for drilling and producing a surface wellbore. The method can include drilling a conductor pipe borehole; installing a conductor pipe within the conductor pipe borehole; installing a drilling flange onto the conductor pipe; and assembling a wellhead stack on the drilling flange. The wellhead stack can include two or more blow out preventers, a kill line hub secured to and in fluid communications with a first spool located below a first blowout preventer, a choke line hub secured to and in fluid communications with a second spool located between a second blowout preventer and the first blow out preventer, a choke line, and a kill line, wherein both the kill line and choke line each have a quick connect collet connector. The kill line collet connector can be landed on the kill line and the choke line collet connector on the choke line hub. Each collet connector can be actuated to bring a throughbore in the choke line hub and the kill line hub into sealing engagement with each collet connector throughbore.

    Abstract: A well control system including a kill line and a choke line where the system is mounted on a wellhead, the choke line is connected to an annulus formed between an outer wall of drill pipe and an inner wall of casing, and the kill line is connected to the fluid in the drill pipe. The kill line includes a single valve body having first and second ends, and at least three cavities connected in series between the first and second ends. A first and second of the cavities includes a first and second gate valve, respectively, and a third of cavities includes a check valve. The choke line includes a single valve body having third and fourth ends, and a plurality of cavities connected in series between the third and fourth ends. A first and second of the cavities include a third and a fourth gate valve, respectively.
