摘要: An indirect evaporative cooler core is manufactured from a continuous sheet of hydrophobic material. Flocking is provided on at least a partial surface area of at least one side of the sheet, to render the flocked surface area wettable. Air flow guiding structures are formed upon at least one of the first side and the second side of the sheet. Fold lines are defined in the sheet defining plates extending between adjacent fold lines. Slits are formed along the fold lines. Accordion pleating the sheet at the fold lines forms alternating wet and dry passages between the plates, the wet passages formed between opposing wettable surfaces, the dry passages formed between non-flocked surfaces, and the accordion pleating causes the slits in the folds to open and form air inlets and outlets in communication with the air flow passages.

In one embodiment, a support duct system comprises a support duct frame including a longitudinal axis and at least one mounting bracket support, each of the at least one mounting bracket support being movable relative to the longitudinal axis of the support duct frame; and at least one mounting bracket coupled to a corresponding one of the at least one mounting bracket support, each of the at least one mounting bracket being removably couplable to a corresponding cooling unit. Each of the cooling units is independently rotatable relative to the longitudinal axis of the support duct frame.

A method of installing an evaporative cooler including mounting at least a portion of the evaporative cooler to a dropper before securing the dropper to the roof.

摘要: A walkway for use and integration with a cooling system and methods for the assembly thereof. A walkway may include a chassis and a walkway assembly coupled to the chassis, the chassis being configured to be coupled to a cooling system. The chassis may include a frame portion that is configured to be integrated with the cooling system such that the frame portion defines at least a portion of a frame of the cooling system when the walkway is in use; a mounting rail portion coupled to the frame portion; and a plurality of walkway support sleeves coupled between the frame portion and the mounting rail portion. The walkway may also include a plurality of walkway support bars, each configured to be received within a corresponding one of the plurality of walkway support sleeves and secured against the mounting rail portion.
