摘要: A three-dimensional shaping apparatus includes a melting section providing a shaping material to a channel, a nozzle ejecting the shaping material to a shaping region of a shaping table, an ejection-amount adjusting mechanism adjusting an amount of the shaping material from the nozzle, a suction member sucking the shaping material in the channel, a memory configured to store a program, and a processor configured to execute the program so as to control the three-dimensional shaping apparatus. The processor is configured to stop the ejection of the shaping material and, thereafter, prior to resumption of the ejection of the shaping material, execute material purge processing for discharging the shaping material remaining in the melting section to a region different from the shaping region. The suction member is located closer to the nozzle than the ejection-amount adjusting mechanism in the first channel.

In the plasticization device, a material supplied between the first groove portion and the barrel is plasticized by rotation of the rotor and heating by the first heating unit to flow out from the through hole, and the side surface of the rotor has a material guiding port configured to guide the material to the first groove portion, and a second groove portion configured to feed the material supplied between the rotor and the rotor case to the material guiding port.

摘要: A three-dimensional shaping apparatus includes a discharge mechanism, a tilting mechanism, and a control portion. the discharge mechanism includes a supply flow path, a first branch flow path, a second branch flow path, a coupling portion coupling the supply flow path with the first branch flow path and the second branch flow path, a first nozzle communicating with the first branch flow path, a second nozzle communicating with the second branch flow path, and a valve mechanism, a central axis of the first nozzle and a central axis of the second nozzle are separated from each other as going toward the table, and the control portion controls the valve mechanism to switch between a first state in which the supply flow path and the first branch flow path communicate with each other and the supply flow path and the second branch flow path are blocked from each other and a second state in which the supply flow path and the second branch flow path communicate with each other and the supply flow path and the first branch flow path are blocked from each other and controls the tilting mechanism so that in the first state, the first nozzle is brought closer to the table than the second nozzle and in the second state, the second nozzle is brought closer to the table than the first nozzle.

摘要: A three-dimensional shaping device includes: a discharge unit configured to discharge a shaping material; a weight measuring unit configured to measure a weight of the shaping material discharged from the discharge unit; and a control unit configured to control the discharge unit and the weight measuring unit to shape a three-dimensional shaped object by stacking layers of the shaping material in a shaping region of a stage, in which the control unit is configured to control the weight measuring unit to measure the weight of the shaping material discharged from the discharge unit, determine whether a predetermined amount of the shaping material is discharged from the discharge unit based on the weight measured by the weight measuring unit, and when it is determined that the predetermined amount of the shaping material is not discharged, control the discharge unit so that the predetermined amount of the shaping material is discharged from the discharge unit.
