    摘要： A tape guide device for a magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus includes a pole base assembly to guide a tape supplied from a supply reel and passed through a predetermined path to be moved horizontally to a read surface of a head drum. The pole base assembly includes a pole base installed adjacently to or separately from one side of the head drum during a loading/unloading operation of the tape. The pole base assembly also includes a pole unit including a spiral flange inclined to the pole base to be in a horizontal direction to the read surface of the head drum, to guide the tape entering the head drum to be inclined at a predetermined angle and positioned in the horizontal direction to the read surface.

    摘要： A magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus is provided which comprises a deck mounted with a drum motor and a capstan shaft, a main sliding member slidably installed on the deck and being driven by a driving force of the drum motor, a pivot lever rotatably installed on the deck and supporting a pinch roller for guiding a tape to be in contact with the capstan shaft, a review arm rotatably installed on the deck and being connected to the pivot lever by means of an elastic member, and a compressing lever for connecting the review arm and the sliding member. The compressing lever is driven by a driving force from the sliding member, and compresses the review arm in a direction such that the elastic member is stretched. The pivot lever is then rotated by the stretched elastic member and adheres the pinch roller closely to the capstan shaft.

    摘要： Disclosed are a reel brake device and a magnetic recording and reproducing apparatus having the same. The reel brake device comprises a tension band mounted on an outer circumference of a reel disc to control tension, the reel disc which is rotatably mounted on the main chassis to drive a tape reel of a tape cassette, and a brake unit fixed on the main chassis to help the tension band be in contact with the outer circumference of the reel disc. This can replace a conventional brake unit having a complicated structure, and therefore, the number of component parts can be reduced.

    摘要： The plasma display panel comprises two substrates onto which parallel cathodes and anodes are attached, respectively. When the anode and cathode substrates are connected together by barriers, which also prevent the cross-talk between pixels, the cathodes and anodes are perpendicular to each other. The cathodes are made of thin metallic wires that attach to the rear substrate. Fabricating the cathode structure comprises the steps of: preparing a compound fiber in which a plurality of metallic lines are arranged in parallel and a plurality of thermoplastic threads are arranged perpendicular to the metallic lines; placing the compound fiber on the rear substrate; and baking this combination.

    摘要： A smear noise eradication method in a charge-coupled device (CCD) type camera comprises the steps of inputting respective image signals from one pair of CCD image pick-up devices whose lengthwise directions of corresponding vertical CCDs are perpendicularly disposed with respect to each other, and which are installed on an optical path, and eradicating smear noise after comparing the one pair of image signals according to corresponding pixels. Using the one pair of CCD image pick-up devices, the image signals of the CCD image pick-up devices are compared with each other. When the smear noise is generated, it is eradicated to obtain a high quality image signal.
