The scanner scans the volume of a three-dimensional cavity, and the scanner is attached to the multidirectional positioning system.     Abstract: An apparatus includes a multidirectional positioning system, a scanner, a filling head and a scrubbing head. The scanner scans the volume of a three-dimensional road damage, and the scanner is attached to the multidirectional positioning system. The scrubbing head prepares the surface of the three-dimensional road damage, and the scrubbing head is affixed to the multidirectional positioning system. A processor receives volume data of the three-dimensional road damage and stores the volume data in a data storage memory.
