摘要: The present invention discloses a multifunction integrated manufacturing system based on electrical machining, including a robot, a motion control unit, a multifunction composite electrical power supply, a working medium supply and recycle unit, a wire feeding device, a tool holder quick-change clamping unit, an electrical machining tool holder, a welding tool holder, a detection tool holder, and a workbench. By using the robot as an actuator, the system can implement discharge additive manufacturing including arc additive forming and micro electrical discharge deposition forming, discharge subtractive machining including efficient arc machining and precise electrical discharge machining, part joining based on arc surfacing, and online detection based on optical scanning and ultrasonic flaw detection. The present invention has a high integration level, covers machining and manufacturing of difficult-to-machine materials and micro parts, and can implement efficient and precise machining. The present invention can be implemented in a variety of media without environmental restrictions thus having a broad application range and having a strong application prospect in extreme environments such as space and deep sea.

摘要: A machining method for three-dimensional open flow channel using high-speed arc discharge layered sweep, which arranges an axial line of an installation shaft of a tool electrode with six degrees of freedom to be perpendicular to an axial line of a to-be machined work piece in an arc discharge process, with the tool electrode sweeping in a closed path in a plane or a curved surface perpendicular to the installation shaft, wherein the path of the sweeping satisfies: a space of an enveloped space being formed by the tool electrode moving in the path and being coincident with a removed portion of the work piece does not exceed a preset machined cavity of the flow channel. The present invention is based on high-speed arc discharge of hydrodynamic arc breaking and realized layered milling and surface machining for three-dimensional open flow channels.

摘要: A metal additive manufacturing device is disclosed herein. The wire feeding mechanism in the protective bin can convey metal wires towards the substrate, the working medium filtration and circulation module conveys working mediums into the protective bin and discharges working mediums, the working medium between the metal wire and the substrate or between two metal wires is broken down, and plasma is generated and maintained; and under the action of high temperature of the plasma, the metal wires quickly melt to form the metal droplets. The rotating shaft drives the rotating arm to rotate. The working bin modules are disposed at both ends of the rotating arm. The droplets formed by the melting of the metal wires fly away from a melting area under the action of a centrifugal force, and the droplets reach the substrate or the surface of a machined workpiece, cool and solidify, and crystallize.
