摘要: A configuration system is organized with a configuration file for each node in an application hierarchy. Each configuration file includes one or more directives for applying a configuration setting to a node. Each configuration setting is associated with one or more objects that define properties of the configuration setting. The properties define rules for the configuration setting such as inheritance, persistence, validation, merging, and the like. Defining rules for each configuration setting in an object allows the configuration settings to be declaratively extended and edited without requiring user to have knowledge of the underlying hierarchy.

摘要: A method of reviewing geo-coded information at a geographic information system. The method may include receiving information identifying a geo-located object from a submitter of the object, receiving information identifying the location of the geo-located object from the submitter, and receiving a request from a user of the geographic information system for one or more geo-located objects that includes the submitted geo-located object, and transmitting information for permitting display of the geo-located object to the user of the geographic information system.

摘要: Compositions and methods of increasing the bioavailability of catechins are presented. Compositions for increasing the bioavailability of catechins include compositions where the catechin is added to a solution of ethanol and water; compositions where the catechin is encapsulated within a nanoparticle; and compositions in which a nanoparticle complex is formed between the catechin and the nanoparticle. Each of these compositions was shown to increase bioavailability of EGCG and is useful in treating diseases such as Alzheimer's and HIV-associated dementia.

摘要: The present invention relates to a geographic information system having editable maps. In an embodiment, a system provides editable maps. The system includes an edit layer dataset that stores geocoded data. At least a portion of the edit layer dataset is edited by a user. The system also includes a base layer dataset that includes trusted geocoded data and a moderation module that receives a change in the edit layer dataset. The moderation module determines whether the change is reliable and promotes the change in the edit layer dataset to the base layer dataset if the change is reliable.

摘要: There is provided a system and method for providing online video advertisements based on determined user tolerances. There is provided a method for use by a server to present advertisements for online videos, the method comprising streaming a first online video and a first advertisement to a client, receiving one or more responses to the streaming of the first advertisement, updating a client advertisement history with the one or more responses, beginning to stream a second online video to the client, and determining a placement including a starting time and a duration for a second advertisement during the streaming of the second online video to the client based on user tolerances determined from the client advertisement history.

摘要: Users may be presented with different viewing interfaces for a document based on a combination of factors relating to display rights possessed for the document and user specific information. In one implementation, the user's location is used to determine portions of the document that can be displayed to the user. More particularly, access privileges to a document for a user are determined based on geographical location information of the user and based on access rights possessed for the document. Portions of the document may then be formatted for display to the user based on the determined access privileges.
