The UE may include receiving circuitry configured to calculate a second quantity value for the CSI quantity type based on a CSI measurement event. The UE may also include transmitting circuitry configured to transmit a CSI report including the second quantity value in a physical uplink channel. The transmitting circuitry may be configured to determine a priority index by comparing a threshold and a delta value. The transmitting circuitry may also be configured to calculate the delta value by comparing the first quantity value and the second quantity value.

摘要: A UE is described that includes a higher layer processor configured to receive a dedicated RRC configuration message which configures a License Assisted Access (LAA) cell. The UE also includes a PDCCH receiver configured to receive a first PDCCH and a second PDCCH. The first PDCCH is a PDCCH with CRC scrambled by CC-RNTI, and with a DCI format which contains a subframe configuration field. The second PDCCH is a PDCCH with DCI formats for scheduling physical uplink shared channel(s) (PUSCH(s)) on the LAA cell. If the first PDCCH is detected in subframe n, and the first PDCCH is not detected in subframe n−1, and if the number of occupied OFDM symbols for the subframe n indicated by the subframe configuration field in the subframe n is less than 14, the UE is not required to receive any other physical channels in subframe n except for the second PDCCH.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) and a base station (gNB) are described. The UE includes a higher layer processor configured to determine Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) feedback timing of HARQ-ACK feedback used for ultra-reliable low-latency communication (URLLC) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions. The higher layer processor is also configured to determine a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource for the HARQ-ACK feedback. The UE also includes transmitting circuitry configured to transmit at least one HARQ-ACK bit based on the HARQ-ACK feedback timing and the PUCCH resource. The gNB includes a higher layer processor configured to determine HARQ-ACK feedback timing of HARQ-ACK feedback used for PDSCH transmissions, and to determine a PUCCH resource for the HARQ-ACK feedback. The gNB also includes reception circuitry configured to receive at least one HARQ-ACK bit based on the HARQ-ACK feedback timing and the PUCCH resource.

摘要: A user equipment (UE) is described. The UE includes a processor and memory in electronic communication with the processor. Instructions stored in the memory are executable to determine the uplink control channel (PUCCH) format and configuration based on a signaling from a base station (gNB). The instructions are also executable to determine the demodulation reference signal (DMRS) locations in the configured PUCCH. The instructions are further executable to determine the uplink control information (UCI) multiplexing methods on the configured PUCCH. The instructions are additionally executable to determine the resource of the control channel for UCI feedback. The instructions are also executable to transmit UCI feedback on the selected control channel.

摘要: A User Equipment (UE) for performing carrier aggregation is described. The UE includes a processor and instructions stored in memory that is in electronic communication with the processor. The UE determines a duplex method of each serving cell for frequency-division duplexing (FDD) and time-division duplexing (TDD) carrier aggregation. At least one serving cell is a TDD cell and at least one serving cell is a FDD cell. The UE also determines physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement/Negative Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) transmission timing for a serving cell. When a primary cell is a TDD cell, the PDSCH HARQ-ACK transmission timing for the serving cell is determined based on a downlink (DL) association set for the serving cell. The UE further sends PDSCH HARQ-ACK information based on the PDSCH HARQ-ACK transmission timing.

The UE further determines whether listen before talk (LBT) is needed for a scheduled LAA PUSCH. If needed, the UE determines a UL contention access region based on the UL grant for a UL LAA subframe. The UE also determines a UL contention access method in the contention access region. The UE further performs UL contention access in the UL contention access region. The UE additionally transmits the LAA PUSCH if channel access succeeds.
