摘要: A variable valve timing control device includes a rotation member for opening or closing a valve, a rotation transmission member engaged with the rotation member to be relatively rotatable, a vane provided on either one of the rotation member or the rotation transmission member, a hydraulic chamber formed between the rotation member and the rotation transmission member and including an advance angle chamber and a retarded angle chamber, the advance angle chamber and the retarded angle chamber being formed by dividing the hydraulic chamber by the vane, a first hydraulic passage for supplying and discharging a fluid to the advance angle chamber, and a second hydraulic passage for supplying and discharging the fluid to the retarded angle chamber. The vane includes a surface hardness determined to be higher than a surface hardness of a sliding surface of the rotation member or the rotation transmission member for sliding the vane.

摘要: The present invention provides a valve timing regulating device which controls the opening/closing timing of an exhaust valve of an internal engine combustion engine so that upon starting the engine a rotor member is rotated relative to a housing member for reaching in shorter time duration a region in which a lock mechanism functions. The valve timing regulation device includes a fluid pressure circuit controlling the supply and drainage of operating fluid to and from each of the advance angle fluid chamber and the retard angle fluid chamber. The fluid pressure circuit has a fluid pump driven by the internal combustion engine, a control valve controlling, by adjusting the operating fluid supplied from the fluid pump, the supply and draining of operating fluid to and from each of the advance angle fluid chamber and the retard angle fluid chamber, and a check valve disposed between the control valve and the fluid pump such that the check valve is placed close to the control valve for preventing entrance of the operating fluid into the fluid pump.

摘要: A valve timing control device for controlling the opening/closing timing of the intake valve or exhaust valve of an internal combustion engine is disclosed, comprising a valve opening/closing rotary shaft rotatably assembled with the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine; a rotation transmitting member mounted around the rotary shaft so as to rotate relative thereto within a predetermined range for transmitting a rotating power from a crank shaft; vanes provided on the rotary shaft or the rotation transmitting member; a fluid chamber formed between the rotary shaft and the rotation transmitting member and halved into advancing chambers and delaying chambers by the vanes; first fluid passages for feeding and discharging a fluid to and from the advancing chambers; second fluid passages for feeding and discharging the fluid to and from the delaying chambers; a refuge hole formed in the rotation transmitting member or the rotary shaft and accommodating therein a lock pin spring-biased toward the rotary shaft or the rotation transmitting member; a fitting hole formed in the rotary shaft or the rotation transmitting member for fitting therein the head portion of the lock pin when the rotary shaft and the rotation transmitting member are synchronized in predetermined relative phases; and a third passage for feeding and discharging the fluid to and from the fitting hole, wherein the first fluid passage or the second fluid passage is made to communicate with the refuge hole so that the first fluid passage or the second fluid passage and the third fluid passage can communicate through the refuge hole in the state where the lock pin comes out of the fitting hole and into the refuge hole.

摘要: A variable valve timing system is provided with a relative rotation controlling mechanism allowing relative rotation of the housing member and the rotor member by an unlock operation through the supply of operation fluid, and restricting the relative rotation of the housing member and the rotor member at an intermediate angle phase between a most retarded angle phase and a most advanced angle phase by a lock operation through the discharge of the operation fluid. A hydraulic pressure circuit controls the supply and discharge of the operation fluid to the relative rotation controlling mechanism and also controls the supply and discharge of the operation fluid to the advanced angle chamber and the retarded angle chamber. The hydraulic pressure circuit is adapted to discharge the operation fluid from the advanced angle chamber, the retarded angle chamber and the relative rotation controlling mechanism when the combustion engine is started.

摘要: A constant voltage circuit adapted for connection between high voltage power source and low voltage power source terminals respectively to output a constant voltage signal from an output terminal in response to a control signal inputted to an input terminal. The circuit has a resistor circuit including a MOS transistor for connection to the high voltage power source and activated in response to the control signal. A current mirror section is connected between the resistor circuit and the low voltage power source terminal to generate an output voltage to be outputted from the output terminal. A feedback section is connected between the resistor circuit and the low voltage power source terminal to control the current mirror section to keep the output voltage constant by detecting deviation of the output voltage.
