    摘要: A variable camshaft timing (VCT) system includes an independent camshaft phaser, receiving input from a crankshaft of an internal combustion engine, having an output coupled to one of an inner concentric camshaft or an outer concentric camshaft; and a dependent camshaft phaser, coupled to the other of the inner concentric camshaft or the outer concentric camshaft, comprising a half-Oldham link configured to permit radial movement of the inner concentric camshaft relative to the outer concentric camshaft in one radial direction and at least one pivotable arm configured to permit radial movement of the inner concentric camshaft relative to the outer concentric camshaft in another, different radial direction.

    摘要: A valve opening and closing timing control apparatus includes a drive-side rotational member, a driven-side rotational member, an intermediate member abutting the driven-side rotational member, a mounting member connecting the driven-side rotational member and the intermediate member to the camshaft in a state being mounted at the camshaft, and a control valve mechanism arranged with a same axis as a rotation axis of the drive-side rotational member. The intermediate member includes an inner peripheral surface in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member. The flow passage includes an outlet flow passage provided at the intermediate member and positioned along a radial direction for sending out a fluid which is supplied to an inner peripheral surface of the intermediate member to an advanced angle chamber or a retarded angle chamber provided between the drive-side rotational member and the driven-side rotational member.

    摘要: A camshaft phaser having a central bolt is provided. The camshaft phaser includes: a stator and a rotor which is connected with a camshaft in a torsion-resistant manner and accommodated in the stator; a front cover and a rear cover respectively set at a front side and a back side of the stator; and a compression spring having a first end buckled with the front cover, and a second end fixed to the rotor, wherein the central bolt is installed inside the camshaft phaser through an opening set on the front cover, and the central bolt is configured with a guide part which is adapted for pushing the compression spring to an accurate position. Therefore, a supporting apparatus for supporting the spring is no longer required to be configured in the camshaft phaser, structure of the camshaft phaser is optimized, and manufacturing cost of the camshaft phaser is reduced.

    摘要: A camshaft phaser, including: a drive sprocket; a phaser section including a rotor with a first radially aligned channels, first axially aligned channels connected to the first radially aligned channels, and chambers formed by the rotor and a stator; and a rotor nose separately formed from the phaser section and non-rotatably connected to the phaser section, extending past a front side of the phaser section in an axial direction, and including second radially aligned channels and second axially aligned channels connected to the second radially aligned channels and the first axially aligned channels. The second radially aligned channels are arranged to receive fluid for the plurality of chambers to phase the phaser. The first radially aligned channels and the first and second axially aligned channels form respective flow paths for the fluid from the second radially aligned channels to the plurality of chambers.

    摘要: A camshaft adjustment device comprising an electromagnetic actuator (3) having an armature that can be adjusted axially along an adjustment axis (5) for actuating a hydraulic valve for camshaft adjustment, and fastening means for fastening the actuator (3) on an engine element (3), wherein the fastening means comprise spring means (12), which tension the actuator (3) against the engine element (2) in a securing position (13), wherein the fastening means have positive-fitting means (8) as an anti-twist device for preventing a twisting movement of the actuator (3) in an installation position (7) relatively to the engine element (2), which are constructed and arranged in such a manner that the actuator (3) can be moved to the engine element (2) by means of a pure translational installation movement and wherein the spring means (12) in the securing position (13) bar a de-installation path for a purely translational de-installation movement of the actuator (3) opposite to the installation movement in such a manner that the same cannot be de-installed oppositely to the purely translational installation direction.
