摘要: The disclosure relates to a camshaft adjustment system comprising a hydraulic camshaft adjuster having a stator and a rotor forming at least one working chamber. The at least one working chamber is divided into a first sub-chamber and a second sub-chamber. The sub-chambers interact with a control valve controllable via a first actuator. When the first sub-chamber undergoes a volume increase, the rotor is displaced into a late position relative to the stator, and when the second sub-chamber undergoes a volume increase, the rotor is displaced into an early position relative to the stator. A second actuator actuated independently of the first actuator is provided. In order to release the camshaft adjuster from the late position when in an operating state, a ram of the second actuator displaces a locking pin of a late-locking device of the camshaft adjuster out of its position that locks the late position.

摘要: A variable valve timing device applied to an engine system may include a rotor supplied with oil and rotated in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, one-way clutches coupled to the rotor to limit an amount of rotation of the rotor, a sprocket having a rotor hole surrounding an external diameter portion of the rotor, a rotation shaft fitted into a shaft hole of the rotor for the supply of oil to oil grooves, and a shaft fixing member coupled to the rotation shaft to fix the rotor and the rotation shaft, wherein the one-way clutches restrict clockwise/counterclockwise rotation of the rotor by torque of a camshaft, achieving an improvement in fuel efficiency/emission material (EM) of an engine.

摘要: A valve opening and closing timing control apparatus includes a drive-side rotational member, a driven-side rotational member, an intermediate member abutting the driven-side rotational member, a mounting member connecting the driven-side rotational member and the intermediate member to the camshaft in a state being mounted at the camshaft, and a control valve mechanism arranged with a same axis as a rotation axis of the drive-side rotational member. The intermediate member includes an inner peripheral surface in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the mounting member. The flow passage includes an outlet flow passage provided at the intermediate member and positioned along a radial direction for sending out a fluid which is supplied to an inner peripheral surface of the intermediate member to an advanced angle chamber or a retarded angle chamber provided between the drive-side rotational member and the driven-side rotational member.

The driving rotary body includes an aluminum housing having a pulley that receives a drive force of the crankshaft via a drive belt and a plate attached to at least one face of the housing. Between the housing and the plate, there is provided a gap allowing outflow of fluid.

The cushion ring assembly also each includes a retention ring which is partially embedded within the cushion ring and which engages the hub radially outer surface in an interference fit, the retention ring providing axial and radial retention of the cushion ring to the hub.

摘要: A camshaft phaser having a central bolt is provided. The camshaft phaser includes: a stator and a rotor which is connected with a camshaft in a torsion-resistant manner and accommodated in the stator; a front cover and a rear cover respectively set at a front side and a back side of the stator; and a compression spring having a first end buckled with the front cover, and a second end fixed to the rotor, wherein the central bolt is installed inside the camshaft phaser through an opening set on the front cover, and the central bolt is configured with a guide part which is adapted for pushing the compression spring to an accurate position. Therefore, a supporting apparatus for supporting the spring is no longer required to be configured in the camshaft phaser, structure of the camshaft phaser is optimized, and manufacturing cost of the camshaft phaser is reduced.
