    摘要: A system for discharging a thermal decomposition residue containing carbon residue and steel wire balls, the discharge system including: a discharge mechanism including a double shaft screw conveyer having respective screws thereof supported at one end thereof and located contiguous to a residue outlet of a thermal decomposition unit, a housing hermetically connected to the residue outlet of the thermal decomposition unit and enclosing the double shaft screw conveyer with ample space on the upper side thereof; a first outlet provided in a front bottom portion of the housing for discharging the carbon residue transferred by lower portions of the double shaft conveyer; a second outlet provided at the discharging free end of the double screw conveyer for discharging the steel wire balls transferred by upper portions of the double screw conveyer; a seal provided in said first outlet for shielding the interior of the housing from ambient atmosphere; and a water-sealer including a water bath, a chute connected to the second outlet at the upper end and opened into the water bath at the lower end thereof, and a conveyor for transferring the steel wire balls dropped into the water bath through the chute to a position outside the water bath.

    摘要: A pressure reduction apparatus for solid particle-containing high pressure liquids is described. The apparatus includes a gas and liquid pressure reduction tower having a gas phase zone and a liquid phase zone, a high pressure gas and liquid separation tower which has a gas phase zone connected to the gas phase zone of said gas and liquid pressure reduction tower through a first line provided with a high pressure gas charge or discharge valve, and a liquid phase zone connected to the liquid phase zone of said gas and liquid pressure reduction tower through a second line having a feed valve for liquid being reduced, and a low pressure gas and liquid separation tower which has a gas phase zone connected to the gas phase zone through a third line having a low pressure gas charge or discharge valve, and a liquid phase zone connected to the liquid phase zone through a fourth line having a valve through which a pressure reduced liquid is discharged. Prior to opening of the feed valve or the pressure-reduced liquid discharge valve, the high pressure gas charge or discharge valve, or the low pressure gas charge or discharge valve is opened thereby increasing or decreasing the pressure within a corresponding gas and liquid separation tower.

    摘要: An apparatus wherein liquid may be continuously fed at a constant small rate includes a liquid reservoir displaceable up and down and provided at a lower portion thereof with a liquid delivery orifice block, a small liquid dropping tank displaceably supported for up and down movement and provided with a liquid dropping chute and an intake nozzle communicating with the orifice block and disposed at a location lower than the location where the liquid dropping chute is attached to the small liquid dropping tank, a photoelectric droplet counting mechanism provided facing a dropping portion of the dropping chute, and a reservoir raising/lowering mechanism and a tank raising/lowering mechanism adapted respectively to either raise or lower the liquid reservoir and dropping tank in accordance with signals from the counting mechanism. The above apparatus is particularly suitable for feeding a rated amount of the liquid such that its viscosity increases considerably when a certain magnitude of compression and shear forces are applied.
