摘要: An intelligent canopy greenhouse control system is provided with two main brackets symmetrically arranged, each of which penetrates a curved tubular beam at its upper edge for the curved tubular beam's one end to protrude from each main bracket. Several small crossbeams are installed between two curved tubular beams for a reinforced structure. At least a louvered shutter is provided between two curved tubular beams and between two main brackets. A film is covered between two curved tubular beams, and steel sheets are freely connected to gaps between two main brackets and under the lower edges of two curved tubular beams for development of a first skeleton unit with gutters installed, around which a canopy greenhouse can be assembled with a plurality of first skeleton units.

摘要: A fan structure includes a frame having an inner surface, a permeable element covering the inner surface of the frame, a coil surrounded by the permeable element and a rotor assembly disposed rotatably in the frame. The rotor assembly includes a plurality of blades coupled to a shaft and a permanent magnet enclosing the blades and facing the coil. The rotor assembly rotates along the shaft to generate airflow by means of the electromagnetic effect between the permanent magnet and the coil.

摘要: A controller of a brushless DC electric machine having a rotor and at least a stator winding powered by a driving voltage is provided. The controller includes a position sensor, an advance angle control circuit, and a driving circuit. The position sensor is moved along a reverse rotating direction of the rotor by a prepositioned angle for outputting a position signal. The advance angle control circuit receives the position signal and a driving voltage reproduction signal reproduced from the driving voltage and outputs a commutation control signal lagging the position signal by a first delay time. The driving circuit receives the commutation control signal for outputting a driving signal for controlling a commutation of the brushless DC electric machine.

摘要: A stator structure of a motor. The stator structure has a base including a main body and a plurality of protrusions extending from the main body. A stator part has a plurality of magnetic-pole portions, wherein each protrusion is positioned in a gap between every two adjacent magnetic-pole portions when the stator part is disposed on the base, and a coil wound around the stator part. The outer circumference of the main body of the base includes a plurality of circular arcs with different radii, so as to provide a function of attaining bias when the motor is driven to start and preventing reduced rotational efficiency of the motor.

摘要: A motor. The motor includes a stator, a rotor, a top magnetic structure, and a bottom magnetic structure. The stator is disposed in a frame. The rotor is also disposed in the frame, corresponding to the stator. The rotor comprises a shaft, extended axially from the rotor. The shaft does not contact the stator or the frame. The bottom magnetic structure is at the bottom of the frame. The top magnetic structure is on the top of the frame. The top and bottom magnetic structures are opposite to each other in an axial direction. Magnetic attraction generated between the first magnetic structure and the second magnetic structure attracts and positions the shaft therebetween such that the first magnetic structure, the second magnetic structure, and the shaft are coaxially aligned.

摘要: A three-phase opposite rotating motor of a fan comprises a stator having a three-phase coil set without a core, a first rotor and a second rotor. The number of the poles of the first rotor is unequal to the number of the poles of the second rotor. The ratio of the number of solenoids of the three-phase coil set and the number of the first poles of the first rotor is 3:4, and the ratio of the number of solenoids of the three-phase coil set and the number of the second poles of the second rotor is 3:2, to ensure the motor works normally in an opposite rotating operation.

摘要: A brushless direct current motor. The brushless direct current motor comprises a rotor, a stator, and a driver. The rotor comprises magnetic poles. The stator is enclosed by or enclosing the rotor. The stator comprises salient poles and at least one permanent magnetic element. The salient poles correspond to the magnetic poles, and the permanent magnetic element is disposed on one of the salient poles to facilitate the rotation of the rotor. The driver is coupled to the stator and produces a primary magnetic field on the salient poles. The rotor is rotated by a secondary salient pole induced by the permanent magnetic element and the primary magnetic field alternately.

摘要: A method of manufacturing light bulbs for us in decorative string light is provided. The manufactured glass light bulbs have a shielding layer at their bottom. The two metal conductive pins of the light bulb extend beyond the shielding layer. The manufacturing method includes using an inject molding method to form a monolithic shield layer at the bottom of the light bulb. The shape of the shield layer is manufactured to match the shape of the bulb cap used in the string light. The method provides a light bulb whose structure is easy for assembly, inexpensive and easy to manufacture, and safe in use.
