    摘要: A bearing bush, disposed in a shaft hole of an external gear of a seat reclining device, which slidingly contacts wedge-shaped pieces. The seat reclining device has a differential transmission mechanism for adjusting an open angle of a hinge connecting a seating surface of a seat and a backrest thereof to each other. The differential transmission mechanism has an internal gear; an external gear, having a smaller number of teeth than the internal gear, which engages the internal gear; a pair of the wedge-shaped pieces disposed in a circular arc-shaped gap formed between the shaft hole of the external gear and a shaft of the internal gear with tapered ends of the wedge-shaped pieces opposed to each other; and a compression coil spring for imparting an elastic force to the wedge-shaped pieces in a direction in which the wedge-shaped pieces depart from each other. When the wedge-shaped pieces are moved in sliding contact with the bearing bush inside the circular arc-shaped gap with the wedge-shaped pieces being pressed by a cam provided on the shaft of the internal gear, the external gear disengages from the internal gear, whereby the open angle of the hinge is adjustable. A sliding surface of the bearing bush is formed of a fluorocarbon resin composition containing fluorocarbon resin to which thermoplastic resin, carbon fibers, and molybdenum disulfide are essentially added.

The plate-shaped peeling member peels paper from a roller or a belt of an electrophotographic apparatus, with a leading edge of the thin metal plate in contact with or being adjacent to the roller or the belt. The method includes the steps of stacking an adhesive agent-applied resin sheet to one main surface of a thin metal plate without pulling both end portions of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in a longitudinal direction thereof, with an unstuck portion left on the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in a widthwise direction thereof and with the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet being pressurized in a longitudinal direction thereof; temporarily sticking the unstuck portion left on the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the widthwise direction thereof to other main surface thereof by folding back the unstuck portion along a leading edge of the thin metal plate toward the other main surface thereof without pulling the both end portions of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the longitudinal direction thereof; and fixing the temporarily unstuck portion of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet to the other main surface of the thin metal plate, while the unstuck portion is being pressurized in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet from approximately a center of the adhesive agent-applied resin sheet in the longitudinal direction thereof.

The annular space is defined by a radially outer wall and a radially inner wall. One of the radially inner and outer walls is formed with three axially extending track grooves circumferentially spaced apart from each other by 120 degrees. A cage is inserted in the annular space with one end thereof protruding from the opening of the annular space. A second shaft is provided on the one end of the cage. Balls are retained by the cage and adapted to roll in the track grooves. At least one of the outer ring and the cage is formed of a synthetic resin.

    摘要: The object is to provide a reclining device for a seat such as an automotive seat including a differential transmission mechanism (Taumel mechanism) which makes it possible to eliminate precision machining of the inner surface of an external gear into which a slide bearing is pressed, in which the freedom of design of the reclining device is not restricted by the standards of a bearing bush, and which can be manufactured at a low cost. The reclining device includes a differential transmission mechanism for adjusting the opening angle of a hinge through which the seating portion and the backrest portion of the seat are coupled together. The differential transmission mechanism includes an internal gear and an external gear having a slightly smaller number of teeth than the internal gear and meshing with the internal gear. An arcuate gap is defined between a shaft hole of the external gear and a small-diameter portion of a cam integral with a shaft of the internal gear. A pair of wedge-shaped pieces and are received in the arcuate gap such that their narrow ends and face in opposite directions to each other. At least the outer surfaces and of the wedge-shaped pieces and, which serve as frictional contact surfaces when the wedge-shaped pieces and are pushed by the cam integral with the shaft of the internal gear and slide in the arcuate gap, are each made of a low-friction sliding material.
