摘要： [Object] To provide a self-tapping screw which is the most suitable for tightening a workpiece made of a soft material such as a resin or an aluminum alloy.[Solution] In the self-tapping screw 1 including a normal thread 10 and a female screw molding thread 12 having a larger diameter than that of the normal thread 10, out of pitches of the normal thread 10 positioned in a head portion side from the female screw molding thread 12, any one pitch is set to be larger than other pitches. The self-tapping screw 1 not only reduces driving torques but also improves fastening force, and thus can be applied to various workpieces made of the soft material as well as a hard material.

摘要： A conveyor apparatus used in a copying apparatus of the type using separate diffusion transfer photographic materials, and a photosensitive material in the form of a roller contained in a magazine which is withdrawn and cut to a predetermined length to form a photosensitive sheet. A latent image is created in the photosensitive sheet by exposing it using a light source, and an image-receiving material in the form of a sheet is superposed under the exposed photosensitive sheet. A positive image is formed on the image-receiving material using a diffusion transfer processing. The image-receiving sheet is withdrawn from a cassette wherein a stack of image-receiving sheets are contained. The conveyor apparatus includes feeding rollers disposed in front of the cassette for feeding the image-receiving sheet to a superposition station of the apparatus, an extracting roller for extracting an uppermost image-receiving sheet in the stack and transferring it to a position between the feeding rollers so that it is nipped by the rollers, and a sensor for detecting the image-receiving sheet nipped between the feeding rollers to cause withdrawing rollers to rotate so as to withdraw the photosensitive material from the magazine and transport it to an exposure station where the exposing is performed. If the sensor does not detect the image-receiving sheet within a predetermined time, copying operations are suspended.

摘要： A check processing equipment having an optical amount character recognizing function for a proof machine used at a bank. A received amount can be corrected on an image screen, and it enables the efficient processing for certifying operation. A document capturing unit converts the data on the document into an image data and transfers the image data to a frame memory of recognizing unit. A recognizing unit compresses the image data through a recognizing/determining section and also carries out CAR with the attribute on an E13B code line data. A work station stores the compressed image data, the code line data, and the CAR result in a hard disk and it also displays an extended image and implements the proof of a whole batch through key-in operation for handling unrecognizable data and exceptional error data. An encoder unit performs encode printing and endorse printing on proved documents while verifying the code lines thereof.
