    摘要: A safe and efficient machining process design is realized by extracting the unmachined shape and by three-dimensionally visualizing the unmachined shape without generating a machining track. The present device 1 comprises a displacement unit 2 for displacing a machining tool on the surface of a three-dimensional product shape model at arbitrary positions without causing interference between the product shape model and the machining tool, a detection unit 3 for detecting a distance between the arbitrary position and the machining tool, and a preparation unit 4 for preparing the three-dimensional unmachined shape by using the minimum value of the distance obtained for each point on the surface of the shape model when the arbitrary point is moved.

    摘要: An injection mold design method for correcting a profile of a product to be fabricated into a releasable profile from a mold to design an injection mold based on a corrected product shape, utilizing a storage device for storing information of the product shape and mold profile, a display device for displaying the product shape or the mold profile on a screen based on the information read from the storage device, an input device for inputting designation information necessary for correction of the product shape or the mold profile, and a controlling device for unloading information of lines or planes being obstructive to correction of the product shape and the mold profile in the storage device in response to the designation information input by the input device. The method comprises removing lines or planes from the screen, and replotting the lines or the planes on the screen in terms of the information of lines or planes unloaded into the storage device after the correction operation of the product shape of the mold profile is completed.

    摘要: A picture signal quantizing circuit for quantizing with respect to multiple levels an analog picture signal read from a document by converting it into a digital picture signal which has a plurality of bits. An AD converter is installed in the circuit which is supplied with reference voltages corresponding to the highest and lowest levels for quantization and prepared by dividing a document background level voltage, multi-level quantizing the analog picture signal within the range defined by the two levels. The AD converter includes a circuit for accentuating half-tone of the analog picture signal to enhance the reproducibility thereof.
