摘要： A microwave semiconductor switch wherein first and second field effect transistors and first, second and third input/output microstrip lines are integrally formed on a semiconductor substrate. The first field effect transistor is connected in series between the second input/output line and a junction point of the first, second and third input/output lines at a position adjacent to the junction point. The second field effect transistor is connected at a second position spaced approximately a quarter of the wavelength from the junction point between the second position and the ground. The drain electrodes and source electrodes of the first and second transistors are placed at the same potential. The transmission paths for microwaves are switched by varying a bias voltage applied to the gate electrodes of the field effect transistors.

摘要： This invention relates to an interior panel unit having a structure in which a plurality of rectangular floor base members to be installed on a foundation floor of a room are connected to each other by base joint members. A plurality of fundamental support members having the same height and a plurality of connecting support members having the same height as that of the fundamental support members are located on each floor base member. Each floor panel member supported by the fundamental support members and the connecting support members is arranged to assure a predetermined space with the corresponding floor base member. Cables and various types of equipment which constitute an office-automation system are mounted in the space defined by the floor panel member and the floor base member. The space defined by the floor panel member and the floor base member is partitioned by vertical and horizontal separator members. The cables and various types of equipment are appropriately arranged in the partitioned space.

摘要： A thermal transfer printer including a thermal head for generating heat in accordance with a desired print pattern, a platen having a surface for supporting an ink-sheet and paper, the ink-sheet and paper being pressed by the thermal head on the platen surface so that ink from the ink-sheet is transferred to the paper, a paper supply for storing and supplying paper, an ink-sheet supply and drive for storing and supplying an ink-sheet, the ink-sheet supply and drive driving the ink-sheet to move in accordance with the movement of the paper, a paper drive arranged between the platen and the paper supply, the paper drive driving the paper by the required length according to the position of the paper relative to the position of the platen, and a paper tension device for applying suitable tension to the paper at least between the platen and the paper drive so that the length by which the paper drive drives the paper is identical with the length by which the paper moves on the platen. Since the length by which the paper moves on the platen corresponds only to the length by which the paper drive drives the paper, the length by which the paper moves on the platen can be correctly controlled through the paper drive.

摘要： An interior panel according to the present invention comprises a plurality of support units fixedly arranged on a floor slab, a panel member supported by the support units so as to be located over the slab surface at a predetermined distance therefrom, and a cable separator supported by the support units and dividing the space between the panel member and the slab surface into upper and lower space sections. The cable separator is in the form of a plate with a stepped surface portion at the peripheral edge portion thereof, and can be supported on the support units either in a first position in which the stepped portion faces upward or in a second position in which the stepped portion faces downward. Cables and electric devices in a signal transmission system are arranged in the upper space section defined by the cable separator, and power supply-system cables and devices in the lower space section.

摘要： A fuel cell stack has an air chamber to which is introduced compressed air that is produced by compressing the atmosphere with a compressor. Energy is recovered from exhaust discharged from the air chamber as it is expanded by an expander. The compressor and the expander are connected to each other via the air chamber of the fuel cell stack through piping. The pressure of the exhaust flowing through the piping is detected by a pressure sensor and, based on the detected pressure, a throttle valve controls a flow rate of the exhaust drawn into the expander.
