When the communication apparatus receives a plurality of control packets which are defective in at least payload portions thereof within a predetermined time period, if a control section determines that source addresses included in header portions of the control packets which are defective in the payload portions thereof include a source address which is not identical to the other source addresses, the control section determines that the control packets are transmitted from a plurality of terminals and collide with each other.
