    摘要: Scroll compressors may preferably include, for example, a stationary scroll, a drive shaft member, a movable scroll, a bearing member, a compression chamber, a discharge port, a discharge valve and a discharge valve clamping device. The drive shaft member may revolve around a revolution axis. The bearing member may be disposed between the movable scroll and the drive shaft member in order to transmit the revolution of the drive shaft member to the movable scroll. The compression chamber may be defined by a space formed between the stationary scroll and the movable scroll. The compression chamber compresses the fluid drawn into the compression chamber when the movable scroll revolves or orbits with respect to the stationary scroll. The discharge port is disposed within the movable scroll and is adapted to discharge fluid within the compression chamber to the opposite side of the stationary scroll. The discharge valve clamping device is preferably affixed to the movable scroll. The discharge valve clamping device may prevent the discharge valve from moving together with the bearing member when the bearing member accidentally or unintentionally revolves together with the drive shaft member and independent from the movable scroll.

    摘要: Scroll compressors may include a stationary scroll, a drive shaft, a crank shaft coupled to the drive shaft, a bearing member coupled to the crank shaft and a movable scroll coupled to the crank shaft. The movable scroll is typically disposed adjacent to the stationary scroll. Further, the movable scroll preferably includes a boss that extends in the axial direction of the crank shaft. A spacer may be disposed between the boss and the bearing member and the spacer preferably transmits orbital movement of the crank shaft to the movable scroll. A compression chamber is defined by a space between the stationary scroll and the movable scroll. Fluid (e.g. a refrigerant gas) is compressed within the compression chamber when the movable scroll revolves or orbits with respect to the stationary scroll. A discharge port may be defined within the movable scroll and may be adapted to discharge the compressed fluid to a side that is opposite of the stationary scroll. A discharge valve is preferably coupled to the discharge port and is operable to open and close the discharge port. The discharge valve may, for example, include a reed valve and a retainer that holds the reed valve. Further, the spacer may be fixed to the inner circumferential surface of the boss by a frictional fit and may contact the discharge valve. The bearing member may be, e.g., a plain bearing or a needle bearing.

    摘要: An oil storage area (45a) is defined on the bottom of a motor chamber (45) of a scroll compressor (1). An oil transfer route (4a) is defined in the portion of a center housing (4) that corresponds to the storage area (45a). Lubricating oil L is separated from the discharged, compressed refrigerant by an oil separator (80) and the lubricating oil L is supplied to the backside of a movable scroll (20) due to a pressure differential within the compress (1). After lubricating a bearing (10), the lubricating oil L is temporarily stored in the storage area (45a) and then is transferred due to a pressure differential to the suction-side of a compression mechanism (21) via the oil transfer route (4a). The lubricating oil L is then transferred to the oil separator (80) together with the compressed refrigerant that is discharged from a compression chamber (32) of the compression mechanism (21). Thus, the lubricating oil L contained in the discharged, compressed refrigerant can be effectively separated from the compressed refrigerant and circulated to and from the back side of the movable scroll (20) in order to lubricate moving parts within the compressor (1) using the pressure differentials within the compressor (1).

At least one compression chamber (32) is defined between the fixed scroll and the movable scroll. A motor (49) drives the movable scroll, so that the movable scroll revolves (orbits) relative to the fixed scroll. The movable scroll includes a front portion (20b) that slidably contacts the fixed scroll. The front portion receives the pressure of the pressurized refrigerant that is disposed within the compression chamber. The movable scroll also includes a rear portion (20a) that slidably contacts a portion (4a) of a compressor housing. The motor is disposed within a motor chamber (45) defined within the compressor housing. A first conduct route (94) communicates discharged refrigerant from a discharge-side region (85) to the motor chamber. A second conduct route (97, CL) communicates refrigerant from the motor chamber to a suction-side region (98), thereby adjusting the pressure within the motor chamber, so that the opposing pressing forces applied against both sides to the movable scroll can be appropriately adjusted in order to improve compressor efficiency.

An eccentric shaft (17) formed integrally to a drive shaft (14) is inserted into a bushing (19). A balance weight (18) is fixed to the bushing (19). A cylindrical portion (34) is provided so as to protrude at the back side of the movable scroll base (22), and the bushing (19) supports the cylindrical portion (34) via a needle bearing (21). A seal member (35) is interposed between the end surface of the cylindrical portion (34) and the balance weight (18). The inside of a cylinder of the cylindrical portion (34) is made to be a back pressure chamber (36).
