    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing pyridine bases which comprises reacting an aliphatic aldehyde and/or a ketone with ammonia in the presence of a catalyst in gaseous phase, said catalyst comprising a zeolite containing (a) an element belonging to the platinum group and (b) at least one element selected from the group consisting of the elements of Groups IIB, IIIA and IVA of the periodic table and the having an atomic ratio of Si to elements consisting of Al, B, Fe and/or Ga of about 12 to about 1,000 and a constraint indedx of about 0.8 to about 12.

    摘要: A heteroaromatic nitrile is prepared in high conversion and yield by catalytically reacting an alkyl-substituted heteroaromatic compound with molecular oxygen and ammonia in the presence of a catalyst having the following composition:Mo(P).sub.x (A).sub.y (B).sub.z (O).sub.w (I)wherein x, y, z and w represent atomic ratios of phosphorus, an element A defined below, an element B defined below and oxygen to molybdenum, respectively and(i) x and z are both 0 (zero), y is from 0.1 to 5, and A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of cerium and tungsten, or(ii) x is from 0.1 to 7, y is from 0 to 5, z is from 0 to 5, A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of cerium, manganese and tungsten, and B is at least one element selected from the group consisting of thallium, titanium, niobium and aluminum, or(iii) x is from 0.5 to 7, y is from 0 to 5, z is from 0.01 to 2. A is at least one element selected from the group consisting of cerium, manganese and tungsten, and B is vanadium,and w is defined from the valencies of molybdenum, phosphorus, the element A, the element B and the values x, y and z.

    摘要: In the production of acrylonitrile by a vapor phase reaction of propylene, ammonia and oxygen at an elevated temperature, a process which comprises contacting propylene, ammonia and oxygen with a catalyst composition comprising a catalyst system of the formula: Tl.sub.a P.sub.b Mo.sub.c Fe.sub.d Bi.sub.e X.sub.f O.sub.g wherein X represents one or more of the metals, Ni, Mg and Co, and a, b, c, d, e, f and g represent respectively the relative number of atoms of each component; provided that when c is 12, a is 2 or less, but not 0; b is 0 to 5; d is 0.1 to 5; e is 0.1 to 5; f is 2 to 15; and the value of g depends on the number of the other atoms and is usually from 38.3 to 81.5.

    摘要: A method for the production of a spherical molded product of a titanium oxide composition comprising adding a titanium oxide composition powder and a mist of an aqueous medium to a seed of an inorganic substance, granulating the mixture with a centrifugal fluidizing coating granulator and calcining the resultant spherical product, which is characteristic in that the granulation of the mixture is carried out by adding the titanium oxide composition powder and the aqueous medium in the ratio of addition rate of 1:0.20 to 1:0.35 by weight, whereby there is obtained a spherical molded product having a larger strength with less abrasion. The spherical molded product obtained by the present invention is useful, for instance, as a catalyst carrier or catalyst for the removal of nitrogen oxides from exhaust gases.
