摘要： A message broadcast system for broadcasting messages to user devices includes a cell broadcast center and a base station, the cell broadcast center including a first table associating the sender identifier of a message broadcast request with a message identifier information for identifying a message to be added to the message and corresponding to a priority for controlling the order of broadcast messages, and a transmission unit for transmitting a message including the message identifier information corresponding to the sender identifier to the base station, and the base station including a second table associating the message identifier information with a priority for controlling the order of broadcast messages, and a broadcast controlling unit for controlling the order of broadcast messages based on the priority corresponding to the message identifier information obtained from the message from the cell broadcast center.

摘要： By combination of hydrophobic chromatography and strongly basic anion-exchange chromatography, a novel, highly hydrophobic β-glucosidase was successfully identified from Acremonium cellulolyticus. Further, a gene corresponding to the identified β-glucosidase was isolated. When multiple modifications were introduced into the base sequence of the gene, the gene was successfully expressed in Trichoderma viride at a high level, and the expression product successfully exhibited a high β-glucosidase activity.

摘要： A communications system and a communications method that enable to collect location information without imposing a load on the network. In an RNC of a communications system, when a communication controlling module performs communication connection processing to a mobile station among a plurality of mobile stations, a positioning module measures the location of the mobile station and the communication controlling module transmits location information of the mobile station to an exchange when communication is connected with the mobile station. In the exchange, a communication controlling module receives the location information transmitted from the RNC and a storage module stores the received location information. Then, in response to a request from a management center, the exchange transmits the location information stored in the storage module.

摘要： A fusion collagenase in which an affinity tag is added to the carboxyl terminal of a collagenase was expressed as a recombinant protein. It was found that a collagenase having a collagen-binding domain can be selectively collected by purifying the obtained fusion collagenase by affinity chromatography.
