摘要: An air spinning method and apparatus for spinning a yarn. The apparatus includes a pipe with a fiber bundle passageway, air jet nozzles for applying whirling air currents near the inlet of the pipe, and a rotating body including air discharge passages and revolving around the pipe. In the method, the fiber bundle is passed through the pipe's fiber bundle passageway. Rear ends of some fibers are separated from the fiber bundle by air currents jetted from the nozzles so as to be rotated together with air currents by the rotating body after drawn into the discharge passage. Fibers lying in the central portion of the fiber bundle, pass through the pipe's fiber bundle passageway without being influenced by the air currents jetted from the nozzles. Fibers lying on the peripheral portion of the fiber bundle, however, are subjected to such air currents so that ends of some such fibers are separated from the fiber bundle, drawn into the air discharge passageway, whirled by the rotating body, and wound around other fibers of the fiber bundle. The spun yarn thus formed includes core fibers in substantially the same form and relationship to each other as in the fiber bundle, and winding fibers spirally wound around the core fibers along the length of the core fibers. The winding fibers are of uniform frequency and angle along the length of the core fibers.

摘要: A gas pipe integrated block includes a plurality of internal pipe paths. The plurality of internal pipe paths are connected to a nitrogen-free ozone generator in which a photocatalytic material for generating ozone is applied to a discharge surface, a controller (an MFC, a gas filter, and an APC), a raw material gas supply port, and an ozone gas output port. Thereby, a raw material gas input pipe path extending from the raw material gas supply port through the APC to the nitrogen-free ozone gas generator, and an ozone gas output pipe path extending from the nitrogen-free ozone generator through the gas filter and the MFC to the ozone gas output port, are formed in an integrated unit.

摘要: A signal transmission system in which a serializer IC connected to first parallel signal wirings and a deserializer IC connected to second parallel signal wirings are connected by a transmission line. Among input terminals of the serializer IC, redundant input terminals which are not connected to the first parallel signal wirings are connected to one wiring obtained by branching off the first parallel signal wirings. When parallel signals are converted into a serial signal, their bit data is arranged into the serial signal which is temporally continuous. Thus, the number of transition times of the serial signal is reduced and radiation noises can be suppressed.

摘要: A camera has a motor, a camera mechanism driven by rotation of the motor, a detector for detecting the rotation direction of the motor, and a controller for driving the camera mechanism by energizing the motor in such a way that the motor rotates in a forward direction. To stop the motor, the controller energizes the motor in such a way that the motor rotates in a reverse direction and then, in response to a rotation direction inversion detecting output fed from the detector, energizes the motor in such a way that the motor rotates in the forward direction again for a predetermined period of time.

摘要: A facsimile apparatus in which a single A/D converter used for analog image signals is shared efficiently with other analog sensors. The facsimile apparatus has an image scanner for outputting an analog image signal by scanning an original and at least one analog sensor for outputting an analog detection signal. A multiplexer is provided for selecting one of the analog signals including the analog image signal and the analog detection signal. An analog/digital converter converts the analog signal selected by the multiplexer into a digital signal. A primary scanning counter counts the number of pulses of a pixel clock signal indicating a reading timing of each pixel so as to output a count value, the count value being reset each time a line synchronization signal indicating a first position of each scanning line is supplied thereto. A decoder is provided for generating a selection signal in accordance with the count value supplied by the primary scanning counter, and supplies the selection signal to the multiplexer so that the multiplexer selects one of the analog signals corresponding to the selection signal.

摘要: An apparatus for producing a spun yarn comprising drafting units, delivery rollers and spinning devices disposed between the front rollers of each drafting unit and the corresponding delivery rollers. The spinning device guides a sliver drafter by the drafting unit along a substantially straight line and blows air against the running sliver so that some of the component fibers in the circumference of the sliver are fluffed out and caused to wind around the fibers forming the core of the sliver, and the circumferential speed of the delivery rollers is set to be equal to or higher than that of the front rollers.
