    摘要: The toner for developing an electrostatic charge image has a sharp particle size distribution, an improved cleaning property even if the toner has small particle diameter, and a stable charging property, developing property and transfer property regardless of change of environment. By use of the toner, a highly precise image may be obtained.In a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image prepared by a wet process, the dielectric loss factor of the toner particles is 100 or less. In addition, when the toner particles are dissolved in an organic solvent and mixed with deionized water, the electrical conductance of the solution is desirably 100 ms or less and the surface tension thereof is desirably 20 mN or more. The toner may be obtained by forming agglomerated particles with stirring in a dispersion in which resin particles are dispersed to granulate; heating the toner particles to Tg or higher of the binder resin; stirring; and cleaning. With a wet process, the added stabilizing agent such as a surfactant can be removed.

An address management unit manages addresses of e-mail recipients in association with their social relationships with the sender. A message data reception unit receives a source message, and a recipient identifier reception unit receives recipient identification data which identifies at least one e-mail recipient specified as the destination of the message. A social relation identification unit identifies the social relationship between the sender and the identified recipient, comparing the received recipient identification data with the address data being managed by the address management unit. A message rewriting unit rewrites the source message according to the social relationship identified by the social relation identification unit.

    摘要: In an upper and lower pincushion distortion correcting circuit, so-called "cloak distortion" and "vertical intermediate-pincushion distortion" are corrected. A variable voltage source is connected to one end of a secondary winding of a transformer magnetically coupled with a primary winding thereof series-connected to a vertical deflection coil. A capacitor is connected between the other end of the secondary winding and the ground, and a series circuit constructed of a coil and a switch is connected in parallel to this capacitor. The so-termed "cloak distortion" is corrected by varying a resonance frequency of a sawtooth-shaped voltage in the horizontal scanning period, while an ON-period of the switch is controlled. Also, the "vertical intermediate-pincushion distortion" is corrected by varying an S-value of the sawtooth-shaped voltage in the vertical scanning period, while the source voltage of the variable voltage source is changed.
