摘要： An injection device for administering a dose of a liquid medicament is disclosed. The device includes a syringe containing the dose and a hollow injection needle. The device includes a stopper translatably disposed within the syringe and a plunger connectable to the stopper and translatable in at least a proximal direction to displace the stopper. The device further includes a releasable noise component capable of, upon release, generating an audible and/or tactile feedback. Proximal displacement of the stopper causes the dose to be expelled through the injection needle. The noise component is released when the plunger reaches a position relative to the syringe in which the stopper is located in proximity of a proximal end of the syringe. The released noise component impacts on at least one component of the injection device to generate the audible and/or tactile feedback indicating the end of the injection.

摘要： The invention refers to a finger guard for an injection device with a hollow injection needle arranged to be hidden inside a component with an orifice prior to use and to be advanced relative to the component through the orifice for inserting it into an injection site, the finger guard comprising a spring wire attached to the component and comprising an arcuate transversal section biased in a manner to flex inwards so as to essentially obstruct the orifice for finger access when released but staying enough off-centre to allow the needle to advance through the orifice without touching the spring wire.

The auto-injector also has a control spring arranged around the carrier, a needle insertion control mechanism for coupling a proximal end of the control spring to either the carrier for advancing it for needle insertion or to the chassis, wherein the needle insertion control mechanism comprises a first collar biased by the control spring in a proximal direction (P), wherein at least one fifth clip is arranged on one of the chassis or the first collar initially abutting a block on the other of the chassis or the first collar.
