摘要： Provided is a method for receiving allocated transmission resources by a User Equipment (UE) in a mobile communication system supporting a voice packet service. The method includes determining whether there is a state transition of a desired current transmission voice packet, using at least one state transition indication generation condition determined according to a codec mode of the UE; if it is determined that the state of the current voice packet has transitioned from a state of an old voice packet, generating state transition indication of the voice packet and transmitting the state transition indication to an Evolved Node B (ENB); and receiving allocated transmission resources corresponding to the state transition indication from the ENB, and transmitting the voice packet using the allocated transmission resources.

摘要： A method is provided for transmitting an uplink scheduling request in a mobile communication system. A terminal compares a lowest priority for permitting transmission of the scheduling request notified from a radio resource controlling node with a highest priority among service priorities corresponding to generated data or control signals, if data or control signals to be transmitted in the uplink are generated from an upper layer. The terminal transmits the scheduling request to the radio resource controlling node to thereby request the radio resource controlling node to allocate radio resources for transmitting the data or control signals, when the highest priority is greater than or equal to the lowest priority.

According to the method, for data/message pre-promised between a UE and a network node, the UE transmits a scheduling request at a predetermined timing. When the network node receives the scheduling request at the predetermined timing, the network node directly allocates a resource for transmission of the promised data/message by itself, so that the UE can instantly transmit the data/message. As a result, transmission delay can be reduced.
