    摘要: The present technology relates to a measurement apparatus and a measurement method that realize reduction in power consumption while at the same time ensuring reduction in cost. Provided is a measurement apparatus that includes a light source, a light reception section, and a measurement section. The light source emits at least partially coherent light. The light reception section receives the light emitted from the light source by way of a measurement target and detects a signal proportional to the received light. The measurement section measures the number of oscillations included in the signal detected by the light reception section within a certain time period. For example, the present technology can be applied to a measurement apparatus measuring a blood flow of a human body.

Included is a signal processing unit that receives observed image signals as output of an image sensor of a lensless camera to generate a restored image of a restored image region including part of a captured image region of the lensless camera. The signal processing unit includes: a restored image region corresponding mask matrix calculation unit that calculates a restored image region corresponding mask matrix applied to generate the restored image; and an image estimation unit that subtracts observed image signals outside of the restored image region not included in the restored image region from the observation image signals to calculate observed image signals inside of the restored region and that executes arithmetic processing of the observed image signals inside of the restored region and a pseudo-inverse matrix or an inverse matrix of the restored image region corresponding mask matrix to generate the restored image.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus for image processing are provided. The method comprises receiving input of a visible-ray image and a far-infrared-ray image obtained by photographing a same subject, estimating a blur estimation result in the visible-ray image, wherein estimating a blur estimation result comprises calculating a correlation between the visible-ray image and each of a plurality of filter-applied far-infrared ray images in which a different filter is applied to the far-infrared-ray image and selecting the filter for which the calculated correlation is highest, and performing a correction process on the visible-ray image based, at least in part, on the blur estimation result to generate a corrected visible-ray image from which the blur is reduced, wherein generating the corrected visible-ray image comprises applying, to the visible ray image, an inverse filter having an inverse characteristic to a characteristic of the selected filter.

By this configuration, a plurality of viewing point images are acquired on the basis of one photographed image and images for three-dimensional image display are generated.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an image-capturing apparatus, an image-capturing method, and an image-capturing device that allow reduction of an influence of diffraction due to opening sections of a mask in lensless image-capturing. Before a mask, a band-pass filter that is divided into a plurality of areas, each of which transmits incident light in a different wavelength band, is provided, and the mask that includes opening sections, and modulates the incident light, which has been transmitted through the band-pass filter, in the wavelength bands that are different for the individual areas is provided. The opening sections of the mask have such unit sizes that blurring resulting from diffraction which occurs to each wavelength of the incident light is minimized. The present disclosure can be applied to a lensless image-capturing apparatus.
