The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing amphoteric polymer for surface coating and preparation method thereof, in particular, to a fluorine-containing amphoteric polymer for surface coating and preparation method thereof in which a hydrocarbon compound with hydrophilic groups serves as a main chain and a macromonomer prepared by copolymerization of an unsaturated hydrocarbon compound and a perfluoro alkyl compound is incorporated into side chains, thereby imparting amphoteric property on the present polymer. Therefore, the present polymer allows self-emulsification and shows soil release, water-repellent and oil-repellent properties with no help of emulsifier, applicable to a variety of industrial fields such as coating, adhesive, fiber, precision chemistry, biological/biochemical industry, electric/electronic, automobile and metal industries.

A novel polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer membrane is disclosed. The novel polyvinyl alcohol-based polymer membrane of the present invention comprises two different compounds which are crosslinked by irradiating light such as UV or electronic beams or heat treatment to form a covalent bond between double bonds thereby providing improved properties such as chemical resistance and durability. The present invention relates to a process for preparing fluoroacrylic acid ester using a pervaporation composite membrane, in particular, to a process for preparing fluoroacrylic acid ester performed in such a manner that water and unreacted fluoroalcohol generated in esterification between fluoroalcohol and (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of an acid catalyst are condensed and then passed through a pervaporation membrane to effectively remove water, followed by recycling the unreacted fluoroalcohol removed of water. The present process exhibits much higher conversion rate of fluoroacrylic acid ester, allows the decrease of energy consumption and could be performed in environment-friendly manner.

A sensible heat exchange and a latent heat exchange are possible to minimize a change in a temperature and moisture.
