Abstract: A method of importing data from a plurality of databases of various types. The method comprises aggregating data from the plurality of databases to a centralized database without copying data to outside the memory of the plurality of databases and the centralized database based on a predefined period of time, and importing the aggregated data from the plurality of databases, wherein data is translated from schemas of the plurality of databases to a universal schema of the centralized database. The method further comprises adjusting memory usage of each of the plurality of databases by the centralized database based on a predefined memory threshold for each of the plurality of databases, whereby memory thresholds of the plurality of databases are not exceeded.

Abstract: A method for prioritized action of telecommunication network alarms in a telecommunication network management system. The method comprises setting, by an alarm severity scoring application executing on a computer, an initial alarm severity score for each of the plurality of alarms based on network classification and a geographical location of an alarm, wherein the network classification of the alarms is performed by a network classify application. The method further comprises evaluating, by the alarm severity scoring application executing on the computer, each of the alarms based on a plurality of weighting factors, determining an alarm severity score based on the evaluation and the initial alarm severity score for each of the alarms, and prioritizing actions for the alarms based on the alarm severity scores.

Abstract: A method for optimizing retrieval of node data from network nodes is disclosed. The method comprises obtaining, by a network server via a network, a node data set comprising node data from a plurality of middleware sources, where each of the plurality of middleware sources provides node data about the same network node. The network server is determining a fault in the node data received from one of the plurality of middleware sources, and identifying the middleware source associated with the fault. In response to determining the fault and middleware source, the network server is bypassing the middleware source associated with the fault and retrieving raw node data directly from an element management system associated with the network node.

Abstract: A method of managing a wireless communication network. The method comprises collecting network performance data from enhanced node Bs (eNBs) by an application executing on a computer system and collecting user equipment (UE) performance data from UEs, where the UE performance data comprises self-location information at the time of a wireless coverage outage experienced by the UEs. The method further comprises, for each eNB, analyzing by the application network performance data associated with the eNB and UE performance data of wireless coverage outages experienced by UEs determined based on their self-location information to have been proximate to the eNB when its wireless coverage outage was experienced, and, based on the analysis of network performance data in combination with UE performance data, taking action to manage the wireless communication network.
