The method includes presenting a status mechanism operable to initiate a change in status of a portion of documentation, receiving a request to change the status of the portion of documentation, changing the status of the portion of documentation based on the request, and notifying an owner of the request to change the status of a portion of documentation. The method further includes presenting the portion of documentation to the owner and updating the status based on receiving a request to change the status of the portion of documentation. The system and method facilitate keeping documentation up to date.
