    摘要: A clamping device with mechanical damping for a traction mechanism drive is provided. The device includes a clamping arm which carries a tension roller on one end thereof and is rotatably mounted in a housing at the other end thereof via a shaft connected thereto in a rotationally fixed manner, and is elastically supported on the housing by a torsion spring. A free end of the shaft is connected to a friction disk in a rotationally fixed manner, and a friction lining is arranged between the friction disk and an axial abutment surface of the housing. The invention reduces the friction lining wear and increases the damping capacity thereof. To accomplish this, a separate friction disk (7″″) is connected to a separate friction lining (8″″) in a positively locked manner without play, and the separate friction lining ((8″″) is in frictional contact with the axial abutment surface (10) of the housing (1).

    摘要: A clamping device with mechanical damping for a traction mechanism drive is provided.     摘要: An analysis system (1) for the analysis of a sample, comprises a gel permeation chromatograph (14) that is coupled with a nuclear magnetic resonance (=NMR) spectrometer. The chromatograph (14) has a gel permeation chromatography (=GPC) separating column system (6a) that is filled with porous particles (21). The NMR spectrometer is configured as a low-field NMR spectrometer (8) with a permanent magnet system (9) for generating a B0 field of the NMR spectrometer. The low-field NMR spectrometer (8) comprises a shim system (10) with which homogeneity of the B0 field of at least 0.5 ppm can be achieved in a right circular cylindrical sample volume (27) having a diameter of at least 5 mm and a length of at least 15 mm. The system permits the quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis of samples containing substances of different molecular size using a less expensive apparatus.

    摘要: The invention concerns a device for varying the valve timing of gas exchange valves of an internal combustion engine, said device being arranged in the region of the cylinder head (1) of the internal combustion engine on a camshaft (3) and comprising an element (6) which is attached to a crankshaft of the internal combustion engine and is in driving relationship with the crankshaft through a traction element, said device further comprising an element (7) attached rotationally fast to the camshaft (3), both of said elements (6, 7) being adapted to rotate and to be fixed relative to each other between two end positions in response to an adjusting element which is hydraulically actuatable by a solenoid control valve (25). According to the invention there are fixed in axial direction of the camshaft (3), on a camshaft-remote end of the element (7) attached to the camshaft, firstly a cylindrical pressure medium adapter (10) for pressure medium supply to the device (5) and secondly, a pulse emitter wheel (19) for determining the camshaft position relative to the crankshaft position, the pressure medium adapter (10) being sealingly surrounded by a hollow cylindrical portion (22) and the pulse emitter wheel (19) being surrounded by a further hollow space (23) formed adjacent to the hollow cylindrical housing portion (22) by a housing cap (21) which is fixed on the cylinder head (1) of the internal combustion engine and in which there are also received the control valve (25) for actuating the adjusting element of the device (5) as well as the necessary pressure medium channels (26, 27) and a pulse reading device (20) which cooperates with the pulse emitter wheel (19).

Prior to cold forming, each blank is subjected to a preliminary shaping treatment including chamfering the axial ends of its internal and peripheral surfaces.
