    摘要: The present invention provides first resistant steel superior in fire resistance having less variation in material quality and exhibiting a yield strength of ⅔ or more of that at ordinary temperature even at 600° C. and a method of production of the same, that is, fire resistant steel characterized by containing, by mass %, C: 0.01 to 0.03%, Mn: 0.2 to 1.7%, Si: 0.5% or less, Cu: 0.7 to 2%, Mo: 0.8% or less, Nb: 0.01 to 0.3%, Ti: 0.005 to 0.03%, N: 0.006% or less, B: 0.0003 to 0.003%, V: 0.2% or less, Cr: 1% or less, Al: 0.1% or less, P: 0.03% or less, and S: 0.02% or less, containing Ni by mass ratio of Ni/Cu of 0.6 to 0.9, and comprising a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities, and having a yield strength at 600° C. of 60% of the yield strength at 21° C.

    摘要: A shaped steel, such as H-shaped steel, excellent in fire resistance, where a flange portion has 50% or more of a ratio of strength, 80% or less of yield ratio, and 100 J or more of impact strength of Charpy impact test at 0° C., wherein the ratio of strength=(proof stress of 0.2% at 600° C.)/(yield strength at room temperature), and a producing method thereof are provided. The shaped steel comprises in mass percent (%): C: 0.03-0.15; Mo: 0.1-0.6; V≦0.35; and N: 0.002-0.012, and the balance being iron and residual impurities, wherein (x) a mol fraction of precipitate of alloy carbides and alloy carbonitrides at 600° C. is 0.3% or more, and (y) the ratio of the mol fraction of precipitate of alloy carbides and alloy carbonitrides at 300° C. to the mol fraction of precipitate of alloy carbides and alloy carbonitrides at 600° C. is 2.0 or less.

    摘要: A spectral color sensor including a spectroscopic unit that disperses reflected light from a measurement target, and a light detection element that detects the dispersed light from the reflected light, comprises: a storage unit that stores a correspondence relationship between a pre-measured wavelength of the dispersed light projected on the light detection element and a projection position, as well as a stray light component; a first correction unit that, based on a measurement result when a color is measured, corrects the correspondence relationship between the wavelength of the dispersed light projected on the light detection element and the projection position stored in the storage unit; and a second correction unit that carry out wavelength correction on the stray light component stored in the storage unit using the corrected correspondence relationship between the wavelength and the projection position.
