    摘要: A device for radiometrically gauging the surface of a measurement object (O) includes: at least one measurement array featuring an illumination array and a pick-up array; and a processor (P) for controlling the illumination array and the pick-up array and for processing measurement signals produced by the pick-up array and for providing processed image data. The illumination array exposes a region of the measurement object (O) to illumination light at an illumination angle (θi) and an illumination aperture angle (αi), and the pick-up array captures measurement light, reflected by the measurement object (O), at a pick-up angle (θv) and a pick-up aperture angle (αv) and guides it onto an image sensor exhibiting a pixel structure. The measurement object (O) is gauged multispectrally in multiple wavelength ranges, wherein the image sensor produces multispectral image data. Angular and spatial conditions are indicated which optimise the measurement device (MD) with regard to characterising sparkles.

    摘要: A lighting device (100) is suitable for adjusting a light colour with respect to elements contained within an output field, separately for each element. The lighting device comprises at least two light systems (1a-1d) each adapted for operating as a light detector and also as a light source, a scanning system (2) suitable for scanning the output field, and a processing unit (3). Such lighting device is especially adapted for exhibiting articles with producing enhanced appeal to an observer. To this purpose, light which is directed towards each element may be enhanced in saturation and brightness as compared to initial light reflected by the element, while hue may be substantially maintained.

    摘要: Systems and methods for extracting topographic information from inspected objects to identify defects in the inspected objects. A part to be inspected is illuminated with at least two different colors emitted from an illuminator providing a gradient of light consisting of the at least two different colors. A single color image of the illuminated part to be inspected is acquired, providing a color-coded topographic mapping of the part to be inspected due, at least in part, to the gradient of light. Topographic monochrome views of the part to be inspected may be generated from the single color image. Each view of the topographic monochrome views may enhance a different type of feature or defect present in the part to be inspected which can be analyzed and detected.
