摘要: Disclosed is a page buffer having a wired-OR type structure and a cache function which is adapted for use in a nonvolatile semiconductor memory device and a method of programming same. The page buffer embeds the cache latch block in relation to the cache function. Moreover, the nonvolatile semiconductor memory device includes an output driver enabling an internal output line to be unidirectional driven, thereby enabling a program-verifying operation using the wired-OR scheme.

摘要: The present invention relates to a plasma display panel, and more particularly, to a plasma display apparatus and driving method thereof, in which power consumption can be reduced and contrast can be improved, so that a high contrast image can be displayed. The plasma display apparatus according to the present invention comprises a scan electrode, a sustain electrode, and a controller for applying a rising waveform and a falling waveform to the scan electrode in a reset period of a first subfield of a frame and applying the falling waveform to the scan electrode when a first time elapses, after a first sustain voltage is applied to the scan electrode during a sustain period. The sustain electrode is applied with a second sustain voltage when a second time is elapsed, after the first sustain voltage is applied.

摘要: This invention relates to a method of driving a plasma display panel that is adaptive for generating a stable sustain discharge in a low opposition discharge voltage to improve a driving efficiency. A method of driving a plasma display panel, time-dividedly driven by dividing a plurality scan electrodes, sustain electrodes, and address electrodes into an initialization period, an address period, and a sustaining period, according to the present invention includes: applying a positive direct current voltage to the address electrode in the sustaining period; and applying a positive first sustaining pulse to the scan electrode and a positive second sustaining pulse to the sustain electrode, in the sustaining period.

摘要: Baby bottles can have a single container, or two containers to create a space for thermal isolation, as selected by the user. The baby bottle can be vented to allow air to enter the bottle through a passageway as liquid is removed. A filter and one-way valve can be provided in the passageway. The passageway can be formed by radially aligning a vent opening in a top cap with a vent opening in a nipple flange, or by providing a channel in the top cap which is always in radial alignment with both the top cap vent opening and the flange vent opening.

摘要: A kit comprising an installation fixture, a plurality of mechanical fasteners and an embedding tool is provided which allows for an elastomer band to be disposed in a mounting groove around a semiconductor substrate support in a manner that relieves the internal stresses of the elastomer band, leading to an elastomer band with a longer operational lifetime. The installation fixture is secured to a substrate support with mechanical fasteners. An elastomer band is placed around an outer circumference of the installation fixture and rotated back and forth to relieve internal stresses of the elastomer band. The fixture is inverted and the elastomer band is slid vertically off the fixture and into the mounting groove. An embedding tool can be used to completely insert the elastomer band into the mounting groove.

摘要: A method for identity verification includes receiving a request for proof of identity from a service provider and receiving biometric information associated with a user of a communication device. The method also includes determining that the received biometric information matches a biometric profile that contains biometric information associated with a registered user of the communication device. The method also includes unlocking a private key associated with the registered user in response to determining that the received biometric information matches a biometric profile and sending a request for a digital certificate that is signed with the private key associated with the registered user. The method further includes receiving the digital certificate that includes a public key associated with the registered user and satisfies the request for proof of identity. The method also includes with forwarding the digital certificate to the service provider.
