    摘要: The present invention relates to an antenna equipped in a mobile telecommunication apparatus such as a portable telephone. The object of the invention is to enhance the portability and the durability of the mobile telecommunication apparatus, to provide a mobile telecommunication antenna while is improved in the mass productivity and the electrical characteristics, and to provide a mobile telecommunication apparatus employing the antenna. To achieve the object of the present invention, the mobile communication apparatus has no projecting portion of the antenna provided on a case, and the antenna is accommodated in the case. This enhances both the portability and the durability. Also, the antenna is reduced to a chip size thus improving its mass-productivity and electrical characteristics.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an antenna mainly used in a cellular phone or the like and to a communication terminal using it. It is hence an object thereof to realize an antenna having a high radiation efficiency, a wide adjustable range of the impedance of the antenna, and a capability of matching with an RF circuit by the structure itself without using a matching circuit. The number of structural parameters for adjusting the impedance of the antenna increases. To achieve the object, the antenna in the communication terminal of the present invention has a radiation element wound spirally around an insulating core in the winding direction inverted at an arbitrary position. The antenna is hence capable of adjusting the impedance, and as a result, the number of structural parameters of the antenna increases, and the adjustable range of the impedance of the antenna is expanded.

    摘要: An antenna device includes a grounding board having an edge, and an antenna provided on the grounding board. The antenna includes a dielectric block having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a side surface, a radiator electrode provided on the top surface, a short-circuit electrode provided on the side surface. The radiator electrode includes a short-circuited end connected to the second end of the short-circuit electrode, and a portion extending from the short-circuited end and along the outer periphery of the top surface of the dielectric block. The portion of the radiator electrode has an open end located at the first side of the dielectric block. The side surface of the dielectric block is substantially flush with the edge of the grounding board. This antenna device improves radiation characteristics of the chip antenna and allowing a communication device to have a small size.

    摘要: A high frequency composite switch module for a mobile communication device, wherein high frequency circuits such as a power amplifier, a circuit functioning as a transmitter/receiver switching circuit, a surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter for reception, and the like are modularized into one unit. A transmitter circuit includes a transmitter side impedance converter comprising an impedance matching circuit and an impedance converter circuit, a power amplifier and a power supply unit. A receiver circuit includes a receiver-side impedance converter comprising a phase shifting circuit and a SAW filter. The power amplifier and the impedance converter circuit are integrated into one IC chip. At least one of the matching circuit, the power supply unit and the phase shifting circuit is formed inside a multilayer board comprised of a conductor layer and a dielectric layer. The IC chip and the SAW filter are also mounted on the multilayer board.
