摘要： A linear cutting stapler comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or open relative to each other. The upper jaw includes an anvil and the lower jaw includes a staple cartridge frame. The proximal end of the anvil is provided with a positioning pin or a pin slot, and the proximal end of the staple cartridge frame is configured with a pin slot or a positioning pin. Wherein, the pin slot is engaged with said positioning pin, and the positioning pin comprises a first slot position and a second slot position relative to the pin slot. After the upper jaw and the lower jaw are open, the positioning pin is held in the second slot position, by this time the operator can lift up the whole stapler by holding upper jaw or lower jaw, which is convenient for re-locating the tissue and simplifies the operations.

摘要： The present invention discloses a linear cutting stapler, comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or opened relative to each other, said upper jaw includes an anvil and said lower jaw includes a staple cartridge frame; a cutter is moveably arranged in said staple cartridge which is detachably arranged on said staple cartridge frame. The stapler further comprises a safety piece mounted on said staple cartridge and being capable of moving upward and downward relative to said staple cartridge; said cutter comprises a slot capable of locking said safety piece and a contact part formed above said slot; while said cutter is placed at the proximal end of said staple cartridge and under an unlocked state, said safety piece is positioned at a first position where it is abutting with the upper wall of said contact part to avoid getting into said slot, said cutter can move from the proximal end to the distal end of said staple cartridge to finish the process of cutting and stapling; after said cutter breaks away from said safety piece, said safety piece is at a free position; and said cutter is capable of returning back to the proximal end of said staple cartridge in the direction from the distal end to the proximal end of said staple cartridge to get into a locked state, said safety piece is positioned in a second position where it is stuck in said slot to restrict the movement of said cutter and prevent the stapler from second firing action without replacing the staple cartridge.

摘要： A suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery includes a body, a head portion, and a transmission mechanism, the head portion, is connected rotatably to a distal end of the body relative to the axial direction of the body by the transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism includes an operating rod, a connecting assembly and a gear transmission mechanism. The connecting assembly includes a first conversion component which is set between the body and the head portion and can rotate relative to the axial direction of the body. The aspects disclosed herein allow and facilitate in the performance of the endoscopic surgery.

摘要： A stapling head assembly of a suturing and cutting apparatus for endoscopic surgery includes a cartridge, a cartridge support detachably connected to the cartridge, an actuating block including an unlocking component set movably in the cartridge, a cutter, and a lockout mechanism. The cutter is adapted to move longitudinally along the cartridge, between a first position and a second position. The mechanism includes a lockout block set in said cartridge support and transversely movable with respect to the support between third and fourth positions, and a flexible component set between the support and the lockout block and actuating the lockout block to move from the third to the fourth positions. When the flexible component is under compression, the cutter can move from the first to the second positions. After the actuating block is actuated, the lockout block moves to the fourth position under action of the flexible component.

摘要： Disclosed is a linear cutting stapler comprising an upper jaw and a lower jaw capable of being closed or open relative to each other. Said upper jaw includes an anvil and said lower jaw includes a staple cartridge frame. The proximal end of said anvil is provided with a positioning pin, and the proximal end of said staple cartridge frame is configured with a pin slot; or, the proximal end of said staple cartridge frame is provided with a positioning pin, and the proximal end of said anvil is configured with a pin slot. Wherein, said pin slot comprises a first slot position and a second slot position which are engaged with said positioning pin, and, said first slot position and said second slot position are partially combined and arranged in an angle with each other. When said upper jaw and said lower jaw rotate from closed state to open state with said positioning pin as a support shaft, said positioning pin actively rotates from said first slot position to said second slot position in which it gets stuck. While the upper jaw and the lower jaw are closed, the positioning pin is engaged with the first slot position to locate the upper jaw and the lower jaw related to each other. After the upper jaw and the lower jaw are open, the positioning pin gets stuck in the second slot position, by this time the operator can lift up the whole stapler by holding upper jaw or lower jaw, which is convenient for re-locating the tissue and simplifies the operations.

摘要： A linear stapling and severing apparatus comprises upper and lower jaws, the lower jaw comprises a staple cartridge holder, a staple cartridge is arranged on the staple cartridge holder in a detachable way, and a cutter us movably arranged inside the staple cartridge. The apparatus also comprises a safety piece installed on the staple cartridge in an upper-and-down movable way. The cutter comprises a slot and a butting part. When the cutter is located are a near end of the staple cartridge and in a non-locked state, the safety piece prevents the safety piece from entering the slot. The cutter can complete a stapling and severing process. When the cutter goes back to the near end it is in a locked state, the safety piece is located at a second position that is clamped inside the slot to restrict movement of the cutter.
