摘要： Novel spiro 1-(hydroxyalkyl)-piperidino derivatives and acid addition salts thereof, useful in the prevention and treatment of dental caries and periodontitis, are disclosed. Methods of preparing said derivatives, orally acceptable compositions containing said compounds, and a method of treatment therewith are also disclosed.
