    Abstract: The present application discloses a display module and a display device. The display module includes: a liquid crystal display panel; a micro light-emitting diode (LED) display panel disposed under the liquid crystal display panel and bonded to the liquid crystal display panel, wherein the micro LED display panel only displays white color; a first driving chip configured to drive the liquid crystal display panel to emit light and display; and a second driving chip configured to drive the micro LED display panel to emit light and display. Power consumption of the display module is reduced, and contrast of a double-layer display panel is significantly increased.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the array substrate adopts a multi-stage mask to expose and develop, so that a thickness of a remaining photoresist layer in a channel region corresponding to a display region is same as a thickness of a remaining photoresist layer in a channel region corresponding to a GOA region. Therefore, the two channel regions can be completely etched to prevent short-circuiting, and make up for defects of different action efficiency of developers caused by different densities of thin film transistors in the display region and the GOA region.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. The array substrate includes a substrate, a driving circuit layer, a pixel electrode layer, and an astigmatism layer, which are stacked. The pixel electrode layer includes a plurality of pixel electrodes which are independent from each other. The astigmatism layer includes a plurality of astigmatism components which are connected to each other and correspond to the pixel electrodes. An area of a light-emitting surface of the astigmatism components away from the pixel electrodes is greater than an area of an electrode surface of the pixel electrodes away from the substrate. The disclosure improves viewing angles.
