    Abstract: An all-solid-state battery according to the present embodiment includes a sintered body having a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a solid electrolyte layer that is between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, the positive electrode contains a compound having a spinel structure, the solid electrolyte layer contains a solid electrolyte having a γ-Li3PO4-type crystal structure, the compound having a spinel structure is represented by LiαMβMn2−βO4 . . .
